James' friend Thong/Tom was excellent. Efficient, friendly, comfortable vehicle. And he was a great tour guide at the pass, and other stops, including a good local coffee and a good proper local lunch. I highly recommend.

Very nice driver and a well maintained car. Extra requests were taken into consideration and we never felt like being rushed during the stops. The driver's English and German were also good, so you could have a nice chat.

Highly recommended the private tour with Tien, was very attentive throughout the trip and is grateful for his safety driving in the chaos of Vietnam. We were 5 friends and were making stops at tourist sites between Hue and Hoi An, certainly for us the best option.

Our driver Tien, was very friendly and helpful. Very good English, we could easily understand each other. He took us to see everything we were interested in, waited for us outside the tourist attractions, and took us to buy coffee. Very punctual, good driver facing the chaos of Vietnamese traffic. Very good experience.
