A fun and interesting way to experience the rural life in Hoi An and Vietnamese cuisine. What You will do You will be picked up by local tour guides at the hotel or our meeting point Bebe tailor . And take you to the Hoian colorful market.They will help you to comunicate with the local traders in the market and show you how to select and buy the good quaility food for the cooking class after that. The tour continue from the market directly on to the bamboo basket boat on the canals of the Nipa forest.You will be immersed in the natural beauty of the Nipa palm coconut forest and enjoy crab fishing.This is so cool! You have a chance to contemplate the river beauty in the countryside of Vietnam,the traditional way of catching fish as well as the lives of the hospitable fishermen here.This special moment will afford you the opportunity to take unforgettable pictures Vietnam rural scenes and people. After such eco-tour activities, you will be welcomed in the restaurant and participate in cooking around 2 hours with our chef.cooking recipe is ready for you after cooking class,you can recreate its at home.

    This was a fantastic trip, ignore any negative reviews on here. We walked around the market with Tam pointing out all the different produce which was really interesting and then on to the boat trip which was great fun and we nearly caught a crab!! Then onto the cooking lesson l, which was great and very tasty, chef Tam is an excellent instructor! Definitely book this trip if in Hoi An. Thank you Tam

    Prompt pick up from accommodation, great experience through the markets with chef Tom! He was very knowledgeable 16 yrs experience. Great basket boat experience away from the crowds. The food was amazing we took our 10yr old who was very involved. Great half day experience!!

    This cooking workshop was very extensive and good! First to a local market to get fruit and vegetables, then to the boats on the river and to finish you make 5 dishes at Tony and Sam's house! Very nice people and super good food! This is definitely worth it
