  Decent tour. Guide was knowledgeable and had plenty of stories. Tour ended 10 minutes early though. Said they had a full booked day. Disappointed

  Amazing experience with Jeff. Had a blast of a Day with him. Showed us the best places across the area and gave great recommendations for lunch.

  We booked this tour while visiting Hollywood with our family, including our three kids. It was a rainy day, but when we booked, the rain wasn’t heavy and we were under the impression the tour would still be safe and enjoyable — like other tour companies that cancel or modify routes due to weather. Unfortunately, once the tour started, the rain became extremely heavy. The bus was open, and we were getting soaked. When we asked the driver what could be done or if we could return due to the weather, we were met with confusion and resistance. We had to push just to be let off the bus, which should never be the case when passengers feel unsafe or uncomfortable. The worst part was what happened after. I called the company to explain the situation calmly, and the person who answered was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of listening, they spoke down to me, acted like it was our fault for getting on the tour, and eventually hung up on me. If weather conditions make a tour unsafe or miserable — especially an open-air tour — it should be canceled or rescheduled, not pushed forward at the expense of guests. Other tour companies in the area clearly understand this. This experience left a really bad impression, especially as visitors from out of state. We were just looking for a fun family activity, and instead ended up soaked, frustrated, and treated poorly by customer service. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking, especially if weather is questionable.

  This is so overrated and overpriced. I wasn’t expecting much but to basically just drive around and have a guide point out a roof of a celebrity or a wall of someone’s house is not worth it. I actually didn’t even do this to see celebrity’s homes but actual sites. When things like Rodeo drive were pointed out it was as we turned the corner and didn’t even see it. This is not interesting or what I paid for. I would never recommend this tour and then to ask for a $10 tip per person is unbelievable and crazy. The guide didn’t engage us as guests other than when he asked for a tip. Also the pick up location and business is run down and super sketchy.

  Tour was nice and what you would expect from it. An overview of the area with good explanations from the guide. We were only two and Dave still gave all of himself. I recommend

  Dave was a really nice guy. Lots of cool info and stories. Drove a Cool little open air van. Makes it easier for him to navigate those wild hills to see some really amazing properties.

  We came to town to go to Griffith Park so my Aunt could see the Hollywood sign . We were looking for other activities. Stumbled across this gem! The driver Sammy was personable and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the experience! Since we saw the sign from the bus we skipped the park and went to Santa Monica pier instead.
