  First class service. Bikes in great condition and well serviced. Also any issues Tigit are just a call away. Can’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely use them again later in the year.

  We rented a Honda XR150 and a Honda Blade from Tigit to drive from Hanoi to HCM. We are absolutely satisfied with the quality of the bikes and Tigits service. Very clear and fast communication and a lot of helpfull tips. Staff is also very friendly. We 100% recommend to rent bikes at TIGIT!!!

  My husband and I rented an XR150 each for 3 weeks. The staff were super friendly and helpful with routes. We were given spare tire tubes as tubes for these size tires aren’t readily available everywhere. If we didn’t use them we just gave them back but we used the back tubes. Getting a tire fixed cost us about 30,000đ. Tigit was easy to find and the hire process was super simple. I would totally use them again for my next trips!

  with Tigit you are not just renting a motorbike, you are paying for an all inclusive package. our bikes were in excellent condition, very friendly and helpful staff in HCM and DaNang and a customer support which was second to none. we rented the Honda XR150 and clocked 3221km in 18 days. both oil changes and chain checks we did at Tigit DaNang which is conveniently located next to a Lotte Mart. you get one WhatsApp number for during working hours and another one for emergencies if you have any problems or even if you just need translation with the local rozzers. all our questions via email were answered within a short time and this included a official catalog for speeding fines. please read their website carefully as they include already a lot of information what to expect while biking through Vietnam and if you have questions they answered all of ours including from the top brass regarding 3rd party liability for motorized vehicles. Vietnam is an amazing country and without wanting to spoil it for backpackers who are buying used motorbikes we were glad that we had reliable bikes without any issues and breaks that worked on a constant basis. they even provide you with a spare inner tube for the tire and only charge you if you have to use it. you will not regret spending an maybe extra 50US$ for the rent! i can recommend them wholeheartedly.

  Everything from email-communication to pick-up and drop off worked perfect. If you need any equipment Tigit also has it available at the HCM shop. Definitely the only place I will rent a bike in the future as I can be sure there are no rip-offs or hidden costs.
