No Show policy: Failure to report on time will result in a No Show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

Tickets are valid for Date and time selected. Valid identity proof required.
E-Tickets will be forwarded via Email by one day before the tour date. No need to print, you can show from smart phone itself.
Please be informed that In case of Rain and closure of Observation Deck no refund will be granted. You can reschedule tour from the Counter or from team available on duty.
If a guest fails to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.
Imp Note: Tickets are valid for the tour date during opening hours for one Ride. Mentioned time slots are for booking purpose.

2.00Super long line and people are inconsiderate. View was good but they let too many people out on the terrace so you can’t even really enjoy it because everybody’s phones are up and they’re all taking photos. You can catch a glimpse, but you’re better off finding another lookout point in the city, which is just as nice and potentially free.
Complaint: Missing QR Code / Possible Fraud

1.00I never received the QR code. I even had the on-site venue staff help me check, and they confirmed it was not there. Despite this, the operator on Viator refuses to help or refund. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam since I paid for a service that was never provided. I demand a full refund immediately.

1.00We never received a ticket from the Tour Operator. We even had the staff at the venue check my phone, she agreed that nothing was sent and to contact the operator. I tried contacting them and Viator and didn’t get anywhere. They are refusing to give me a refund and I had to purchase the tickets again so I am out of pocket. This is so disappointing and is fraudulent as they took my money but didn’t give me the tickets. I usually book through Get Your Guide and I should have stuck with what I know and trust.
Only thing did think the tram ride was included, in ticket. Had to purchase separate tickets for this at location.

1.00Just because you choose a time slot does not guarantee that time. We still had to queue for 45 minutes. We went at 6pm it was so hectic. We ended up getting a taxi home. The priority entrance is not true.
