Arrival Prior to guest arrival, one of our friendly staff will be contacting guest to inform Driver, vehicle and waiting area information. on the day of guest arrival, Driver will be waiting at Baggage Claim, when guest arrives, Driver greet Guest with ALOHA and assist with luggage, lastly transfer Guests safely to Hotel. Departure Prior to guest departure, one of our friendly staff will be contacting guest to inform Driver and vehicle information as well as confirming departure time, on the day of guest departure, Driver will be arriving early and wait at Hotel entrance, or Hotel designated pickup location, when guest arrives, Driver greet Guest with ALOHA and invite them to get on the vehicle, lastly transfer Guests safely to the Airport.

They took care of everything we needed—airport transfers, a whale-watching trip, a ride out to the Pipeline, and a visit to the Polynesian Cultural Center—and each ride was smooth and well-coordinated. James handled our communication perfectly: fast replies, clear details, and impressive flexibility when our plans shifted. The vehicles were spotless, comfortable, and spacious, and every pickup was exactly on schedule. We had four drivers—Alena, James, Ethan, and Eric—and all were professional, kind, and shared great local insights that added to the experience. 5.00Stan was great! Our flight was slightly delayed getting into HNL and Stan texted right when we landed welcoming us to Honolulu and provided the exact spot at baggage claim of where to meet him. Had a sign with our name on it and our leis waiting for us when we arrived. Helped us with our luggage and got it all loaded and unloaded into the super clean SUV. 10/10 recommend!
