  The one star is for the river cruise which is operated by someone else, else Would be zero! We didn’t use one bus! Utter useless! No time tables no live map rubbish walked everywhere as never saw a bus at the right time as we didn’t know what time to be anywhere! Spoke via email before trip raising my concerns about other bad reviews and to check our tickets as they didn’t upload correctly was asked to send photos and never heard back tried to call just kept cutting off which ever option I chose! Don’t waste your money when there could much better out there

  Fantastic service, plenty of buses, clean and helpful staff. We loved it. Great way to see London then decide what to do more of. We really enjoyed the commentary.

  Buses always take a long time, I understand that the schedules are difficult to control due to traffic, but two buses from other companies passed by while one from Topview bus was on. The last bus ran too early while other companiew continued.

  I took my grand children for their first visit to london,I bought 1 adult 2 kids 48 hour passes that cost over £70.not a bad price.if you can find one of the buses!!! We went out for 2 days,looked at the routes,and walked to various stops...we never saw or rode on 1 bus. Total waste of money lost and 2.disappointed kids....don't be drawn in by the cheap price😡

• Reliable Red us Landmarks tour. WATCH OUT for Blue bus line.

  Got a 48 hour pass. 1st day was great and reliable on the landmark red bus. 2nd day went from Red to Blue, and it was not made clear to us that Blue was not running on the same schedule. After waiting 30 mins at one of the stops, another bus tour driver told us Topview was coming every 45 mins to an hour. Took an Uber that cost 45 pounds to our next destination. After spending time there, went to the expected stop. After watching at least 2 Big Red Bus tours go by and nothing from TopView, we took an Uber again. Disappointing second day, wish it could have been better communicated or clearer if we missed it. We listened to the audio the whole time, no warnings there either and only website warning was that routes were skipping stop 23.

  WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY Currently on the Blue tour. I have no idea where we are as the audio commentary is infrequent at best. Yet another 10 minute wait at a bus stop staring at nothing. It truly is an awful experience.

• If 1 hour waiting at a stop does not bother you!!!

  We waited more than an hour at the change from blue to red , it is really too much time wasted when visiting London

  It was quite hard to know when a bus was due at each stop, but the route was interesting and playing British bangers in between information was a good move, however, I would've liked more commentary. Other bus tours tend to provide this. Very disappointing that they obviously use AI instead of actually paying a person to do the commentary. Also, disappointing that the last bus doesn't stop at the last stop and I was nearly late for a show. Thank goodness for the Tube! It was much cheaper than the other companies though so hard to complain too much.

  Well worth the amount we paid ( I can't overstate this). Both the Landmark and the Parks and Palaces tour were excellent- convenient and fun. We went on both the Jack the Ripper Tour and the Entertainment Tour and enjoyed them immensely. Our guide for both was Craig, who made the walks both engaging and informative. He displayed an excellent sense of humour while maximising our enjoyment of the walks.
