  This is one of the best tours we have ever experienced. Upon arrival at the hangar, we were provided with a safety briefing before boarding our flight to the pontoon at the falls. The flight was pretty cool, everyone had a window seat without any obstructions. The scenery was spectacular and the pilot was engaging and provided commentary around the areas we were flying over. Once we made it to the pontoon, we jumped in the cage for a morning wake up seeing the sharks being fed next to us. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options available. After breakfast we boarded the boat for our thrilling speed ride through the falls. Oh what fun it was. All staff on the boat were great. Then time for morning tea, then back on the boat for some more excitement and a cruise in cyclone bay. We then boarded the plane again for our next adventure to Cygnet Bay. We had lunch at Cygnet bay pearl farm, then had a pearl farm presentation on its history. We got back on our coach and headed to Beagle Bay church to see the beautiful mother of pearl altar and window inlays. Absolutely stunning.   This was a fantastic experience. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We had an early start and got to enjoy a sunrise from the plane. The swim beside the sharks was great. Breakfast on the pontoon was lovely. The boat rides through the falls were exhilarating. The lunch at the pearl farm was nice and it was interesting to learn about the pearling industry. The Beagle Bay church with the mother of pearl shell alter was beautiful. All in all, a fantastic day and a highlight of our trip around Australia.

• If you get the opportunity to take this tour, don’t hesitate, just do it. Worth every cent.

  This tour is the most fabulous experience. If you get the opportunity to take this tour, don’t hesitate, just do it. Worth every cent. The crew are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and so enthusiastic about showing off this incredible part of the world. The tour ran like clockwork and I always felt like I was in safe hands. They made sure we got to see everything and experience Horizontal Falls at the right point in the tides. We never had to wait around for anything - it was just one fantastic experience after another. We were picked up on time at our resort, had a comfortable trip to Beagle Bay in their 4x4 coach where we had a toilet stop and got to see the mother-of-pearl-encrusted church. Then it was on to the Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm for a hot breakfast in their restaurant, followed by an educational tour of the Pearl Farm and a demonstration of harvesting a pearl. They also have a shop there if you’d like to buy a pearl, which I did. Next up was the drive to the airstrip for our first seaplane trip over the Buccaneer Archipelago to the HFSA pontoon near Horizontal Falls. We immediately offloaded our gear and boarded the jet boat in order to catch the falls before the tide reached its peak. The ride was fun and I always felt like I was in safe hands. The landscape is awe-inspiring and we were also treated to a cultural history of the area. The Dambimangari People have exclusive native title over the waterways around the falls and their focus is on protecting Country and sharing their cultural heritage. It’s a very special place and it was a privilege to be allowed to experience it. Lunch was delicious, the marine experience fun and interesting (and it was nice to be able to get into the water on this rather hot day). The swimming areas are shark-proof, but you have the opportunity to get very close to tawny nurse sharks and bat fish. A more leisurely cruise to Cyclone Creek followed that and then it was back onto the seaplane for an orbital flight around the falls and then a 90-minute flight back to Broome with a short transfer back to our resort. It was a long day, but fulfilling and it was an experience I will not easily forget. The general consensus amongst the passengers was that it’s worth every cent and everyone was glad they’d done it.   What an incredible experience. The team were so passionate and helpful from the minute you entered the hangar. We were made to feel so welcome. Our pilot Jack was fantastic, had patience with everyone to make sure they were settled in their seats and their headphones worked before taking off. We flew a scenic route out to cape leveque with Jack commentating our journey, so we knew what we were flying over. His descent and landing were incredible and breathtaking. We were greeted on the pontoon with the same friendliness and helpfulness before putting on our life jackets and heading out to the falls. Words cannot describe the adrenaline rush and excitement going through the falls. It was the most amazing experience and the highlight of our tour. We had the falls all to ourselves and Sam was very informative and passionate about the falls, cultural significance and history. It was fantastic. We then headed back to the pontoon for a huge lunch of fresh barramundi, salads and hot and cold refreshments. After lunch we had a dip in the pool while Sam fed the tawny sharks and other fish before we headed out for a leisurely cruise up cyclone creek and back. We then flew back to Broome. This is the most amazing tour and experience. A credit to everyone that works for this company. A great big thank you to everyone involved. Brilliant.

  *Unforgettable Experience!* Horizontal Falls in the Kimberley is a must-do! The landscape is breathtakingly beautiful with vibrant colors and a spiritual vibe. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, and the food was delicious. From start to finish, it was an amazing adventure.   A great day, full of adventure and excitement. The operation is well tuned and efficiently run especially the seaplane and power boats backwards bits. Best to do the trip flight in the morning and coach back in the afternoon

  Fantastic day trip ! Well worth it. It was so well organised, at each point there were staff members to greet you and make you feel welcome and comfortable in all the different beautiful settings .   It was a good day trip which fit a lot in but felt a bit rushed at times. Given the price point, my expectations were higher. In hindsight, I think doing the scenic flight only would be better value as this was the highlight.

  One of the best tours I’ve ever done. Exceptional staff from beginning to end. Perfect amount of time spent at each location. Whole day ran like clockwork. Experiences are to be experienced, felt and absorbed they were breath taking in their own ways. Ticked a bucket list experience.
