we will begin our adventure towards the temple of the moon, in the temple of the moon we will descend from our horses to make a small guided tour of this interesting temple, probably used to evoke fertility during Pre Inca and Inca times. After having known the temple of the moon, we will ride through the eucalyptus forest, belonging to the peasant community of Huayllarcocha, passing this forest we will arrive at the viewpoint of the archaeological center of Inkilltambo. We will finish the activity with the horses on the ranch and then take our mobility and go to visit the imposing archaeological center of Sacsayhuaman. We will make a detailed and different visit of this place, we will start the visit through the “Chinkanas” or Inca caverns sector, then we will appreciate the “slides” and we will arrive at the huge walls to explore them in detail, after the visit to sacsayhuaman, we will return to our hotel and thus end the experience around the mountain ranges of Cusco

Olgar was an incredible guide and had so much knowledge. Horses were friendly and the views from the mountains are unbelievable. This is a must-do in Cuzco!!

Super nice experience with our children. Horses have a perfect knowledge of the route. We always felt confident and so we were able to make the most of the hike, the spectacular views and the connection with the animals. We were 4 adults and 6 children between 6 and 11 years old.

100% recommend! This tour was worth every single dime. Temple of the Moon and Sacsayhuamán were absolutely incredible to see in person, truly breathtaking sites rich with history and beauty. Our tour guide was honestly the best I’ve ever had: extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and engaging, explaining everything in a way that made the history come alive. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood the significance of each spot and answered all of our questions with enthusiasm. I’ve done many tours while traveling and this one was hands down the best experience yet!

One of the most scenic horse rides ever. Sacsayhuaman is an incredibly beautiful place, perfect for the ride. Great communication with the tour company the entire time. The horses were very well trained and we felt safe during the entire journey, even though we were all beginner riders. Our tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable about Inca culture. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!!

I loved horse riding to the Temple of the Moon! My guide Benicita was also knowledgeable, friendly and fun - without her, Saqsaywaman would have been a less interesting experience (you wouldn’t know what you’re looking at).

It is an incredible activity in every sense. Holguer and his family are wonderful. The places we visited are full of importance and history and the information that Holguer provides us is great!

We spent a great half day with Holger and his horses. There were four of us, the tours are supposedly always so small. Holger was the first guide to actually impart in-depth knowledge on a horseback riding trip. After we got into an awkward situation three days later because of strikes, he helped us out of trouble through friends.

Wow, it was a great experience to see the mountains around Cusco on horseback. Holger and his Peruvian horses reliably accompanied us uphill and downhill. During the breaks we were offered drinks and small snacks. One notices very strongly that the welfare of the horses is very important to Holger and his family. The horses are very well trained and can be steered well by the rider. Full score
