Get back to nature with Rancho Loco on the one and only horseback riding tour through Arikok National Park to the Natural Pool, Aruba’s most popular and most remote nature destination only reached by walking, horseback or 4x4. Our expert guides instruct and match you to your horse, no experience is needed. Your tour takes you into the Park for a relaxing ride on the Nacho Trail (no vehicle traffic) to experience a nature lover’s treasure that contains some of the most diverse flora, fauna and huge cacti in the region. Keep an eye out for wild goats as you ride up into highlands for photo worthy views of the island before descending to the coastline to reach the famous Natural Pool, a stunning formation of volcanic rocks that resemble a miniature mountain range, known locally as “Conchi”. Spend 30 minutes exploring the area or swimming in the pool before heading back to the ranch. Say goodbye to your trusty steed and have a cold drink at the bar (extra) before departing.

Long pants and closed shoes are *strongly* recommended but not required. If you choose to wear shorts, please bring a pool towel to put over the saddle to protect your legs.
Children must be accompanied by an adult

Your tour starts with hotel pickup and transfer to Rancho Loco, where a friendly local guide will provide instructions on how to handle a horse. Pair up with a well-trained equine friend and get comfortable in the saddle before taking off for your 2+ hour roundtrip horseback ride with additional time spent mid-tour at the pool.

5.00What an amazing experience. When you arrive you are greeted by a kind and super funny young woman. Then you are taken to the ranch where you meet Cowboy Patrick. He goes over the rules and matches you to a horse. The ride is through the ranch, into town, through the national park, all the way up to the natural pool. The ride is scenic, fun and the guides are very helpful! The horses were well trained and behaved. I’ve never trusted a horse like the one I was assigned to. It made the experience enjoyable not having to fear my horse. If you’re on the fence, don’t be… Book It! You won’t regret it.

5.00My two adult boys and husband and I went on the horseback ride to a natural water pool with beautiful views and very, helpful friendly staff. You definitely move faster than a slow walk, which actually made it more fun than we had all imagined (well at least for the boys). But we all had a great time. Definitely plan to swim. Wear water shoes, tight fitting hats, bathing suit under clothes, and pants as they recommend. And bring sunscreen. Patrick was our main guide and could not have been a better leader. The women with him were wonderful too. Even though he didn’t believe me, I would go again. :)

5.00This was the highlight of our trip to Aruba. The horses are well taken care of and the guides were absolutely AMAZING!!! Patrick matched everyone to a specific horse and he was spot on. He was hilarious and made the entire experience for us so enjoyable. My kids are 19, 18, 15, and 8. All of them had an awesome time. They are strict on the weight requirement and do weigh everyone prior to the ride.

5.00This trip exceeded my families expectations! We have two 12 year olds and they both said one of the best experiences they've ever had. The views you get are unmatched along with riding a horse while experiencing the scenery is a whole different vibe! The guides were very on top of their game with keeping everyone safe while riding the horses. The natural pool was a beautiful experience. 10/10 recommend this excursion.

5.00Amazing ride! My friend is an experienced rider and said it was the best trail ride she'd ever done. The team was great! They gave excellent instructions for us less experienced riders and took great care of everyone throughout the ride. I would definitely recommend!
