Get back to nature with Rancho Loco on the one and only horseback riding tour through Arikok National Park to the Natural Pool, Aruba’s most popular and most remote nature destination only reached by walking, horseback or 4x4. Our expert guides instruct and match you to your horse, no experience is needed. Your tour takes you into the Park for a relaxing ride on the Nacho Trail (no vehicle traffic) to experience a nature lover’s treasure that contains some of the most diverse flora, fauna and huge cacti in the region. Keep an eye out for wild goats as you ride up into highlands for photo worthy views of the island before descending to the coastline to reach the famous Natural Pool, a stunning formation of volcanic rocks that resemble a miniature mountain range, known locally as “Conchi”. Spend 30 minutes exploring the area or swimming in the pool before heading back to the ranch. Say goodbye to your trusty steed and have a cold drink at the bar (extra) before departing.

Long pants and closed shoes are *strongly* recommended but not required. If you choose to wear shorts, please bring a pool towel to put over the saddle to protect your legs.
Children must be accompanied by an adult

5.00On Feb 4th my son, my sister, her husband and I did this horseback ride. I rode Muneco, my son rode Apollo and it was a great ride. These horses were well trained. Would recommend to anyone who wants to ride. Our tour guide and assistant were terrific and so much fun. We would do it again if we ever return to the island.

5.00This was the best horse back riding experience we have ever done. They take such good care of their horses and do enforce the weight limit rule which is awesome to see. The horses were absolutely wonderful and so well behaved that we didn’t even have to do anything to guide them, they already knew exactly what to do. Patrick was our guide and he was amazing. He cares and knows those horses like the back of his hand.. we learned a lot from him for riding in the 3-4 hours we spent together for our ride. Next time we come back to Aruba we have already said we will be doing this ride to the natural pool again, it was the best way to see and experience it!!

5.00As an experienced rider and former horse owner, Rancho Loco's tour is top notch. They take excellent care of their horses and their guide matched the riders ability with the horses with incredible accuracy. Highly recommended this tour to see the rugged northern side of the island from horseback.

5.00Truly amazing! Pickup at hotel was easy and on time. Once at the ranch you fill out a waiver and get weighed in. Then you meet with Selene and Patrick to meet the horses and learn about the ride. They are both amazing. Patrick is witty, fun and knowledgeable and Selene is kind, patient and a true animal lover. Don’t forget to bring cash to tip- they more than earn it Wear pants and closed toe shoes or you’ll feel it. The ride is amazing though the park. Beautiful sites (including goats and ship wrecks). The natural pool is stunning but very slippery - bring water shoes and a camera bag and towel. It gets deep fast. Stunning. Then you ride back. It was about 3 hours and worth every monites
I feel like horseback riding only I would recommend this

1.00This was an odd experience since it shows that we are able to swim in the nature lake, but we were able to since the water wasn’t safe for us, but still I believe that there could’ve been more things we could’ve done if they had they know that if things like this happen that people are not disappointing going back home that they weren’t able to do more I believe that we did have a lot of pushback for not coming there on time although some people have read the time wrong and then some people weren’t able make it on time since the other excursion ended close to the time that they thought the excursion was. I don’t think I would do this excursion again for a recommended to anyone.

5.00For starters- I am not a fan of horses. I do one or two rides a year on vacation because my wife loves it. I asked for a helmet…. I don’t know if it was the horse or the staff, but I had my best ride ever - almost forgot I was on a horse. Even trotted and galloped a bit. Great scenery, relaxing, guides were fun, and I had fun. So, I highly recommend!
