Let's have a horseback riding adventure without leaving the city!

After giving you safety instructions, you will have the opportunity to choose the horse that will accompany you during your adventure. One of our guides will explain the basic riding techniques and help you put them into practice to later begin our tour.

You will experience the magic of riding among the mountains of the region, you will climb hills, you will travel along trails full of diverse and lush vegetation and you will also cross a river and some bridges. You will enjoy the beauty of the mountain while you ride your horse and relax with the incredible views of the place.

Halfway through the tour, we will stop at a cabin to eat our breakfast (vegetarian and vegan available) and rest a little.

Finally, we will return to the starting point where transportation will take us back to the meeting point in the city.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! You will have the assistance of an expert throughout the tour.

Amazing! Omar was so kind and his English is great. The men he works with are great animal handlers and we did some steep ascents but we felt so safe. The lunch up at the top of the ride was so good and we brought cash so we could order a beer too. So fun and totally worth the money.

Omar was very friendly and we all had a great time. I do feel like we got our money's worth with the included: transportation to/from the destination, lunch, water, and many hours in a cool forest & village. Omar is a local to the area and we enjoyed his stories!

We had a nice experience horseback riding. The view was beautiful in the forrest. Omar was a great host. He talked history with my husband, which my husband really enjoyed. We felt safe on the horses. My one suggestion would be for Omar to first offer the paid restrooms at the lunch location instead of the restaurant "restroom" that was unsanitary and difficult to climb to. Other than that, we had a great time.

Omar was a great host. It was my first time riding a horse. I was comfortable after a few minutes into the ride. The elevation does get pretty high. The food was delicious. The little town that we ate in was pretty neat. I would book it again. The forest was lovely. So peaceful. You will not have service.

We took this trip on our last day in Mexico City. It was so nice to get outside the city and into nature. Homar picked us up near where we were staying in Roma Norte. He was a friendly and experienced guide, and his English is excellent. My friend is very experienced on horses and I have ridden only a few times. Homar made sure we both got the rides we wanted. I felt safe the entire trip. We saw beautiful waterfalls and stopped for lunch at an outdoor restaurant with tasty authentic Mexican food. The horses were sure footed and sweet. A special thank you to Homar’s assistant Toro! He made me feel so comfortable.

This was a blast! The horses were clean and well cared for. They were very well behaved. Our guide Omar was very accommodating and catered to our different riding experiences. His English was excellent and he was very friendly. His partner Toro took good care of the less experienced rider and Omar made sure I got to trot and gallop a bit. Lunch was delicious and the forest was a nice change from the hustle to and busted the city. Highly recommend this!!

What an awesome and truly memorable experience for me and my family! Omar went out of his way to make our adventure so much fun and safe! The horses were very well-mannered and their handlers were very professional. Would highly recommend to friends and family! Thank you, Omar! We hope to see you and Botas, Barbie and Capulín again someday!

That was the best horseback riding experience I've had. The set up of the trip was fantastic. The tour guide Omar was incredible. We stopped at a restaurant that served me the best meal I've had in Mexico. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
