5.00It was our first hot air balloon experience and what a lifetime memory it was. The whole ride was like a smooth and gentle basket ride up and down. Our English guide was Natalia and pilot Ivan were wonderful to be with. They were knowledgable and friendly. We highly recommend it. What a great way to experience sunrise over San Miguel de Allende.

5.00A bucket list item cleared!! It was amazing, you don't even feel rising in the basket, next thing you know you are high. The sunrise was beautiful and pilot and torn guide were great. It's not a private flight and depending the amount of people you can go on three different size air balloons. We went on the medium one and it was a total of 7 of us. We did purchase the picture and video package offered once we got there and they did allow us to negotiate the price with the other family so we could stay in our budget and get it. It came out very nice. Totally recommend as it is so peaceful and amazing up there.

5.00This was an incredible experience. Do not be afraid of this experience- the ride is very smooth & the basket feels very sturdy. We felt very safe & the ride was a peaceful way to see such a beautiful place.
