Vilnius is one of a very few European capitals allowing hot air ballooning in its skies. Do not miss your chance and experience an amazing hot air balloon ride over the majestic baroque Old Town of Vilnius. Disclaimer: due to increased air traffic to Vilnius International Airport, balloon flights over Vilnius have been restricted recently. But they are still possible under particular circumstances and weather conditions. Flight over Trakai castle (transfer is included) works as our back up plan on the days, when the flights over Vilnius are not possible.

Three small Baltic countries - Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania The new district of Vilnius has modern grocery malls and churches in the old district. The city frequently carries, there is no tram main road or rely on call cars to move. Particularly in the Old Town area are the Black Lady of Dawn Gate Church, the city council square and Pierris Street that recharge the artistic atmosphere of very special basement classic dishes. Sometimes the area can also go to the opposite Republic to walk, we also take the car to another city of Tracy Island. Tracey Castle is the only water castle in Eastern Europe, the sun is very large but the bridge is frozen under 6 degrees of weather.

First time ever - being somewhat afraid of heights, for a laugh dared my wife to go up for a trip. What a great time she (we) had. While the weather was a little cloudy and misty, this did not detract from an exciting view(s) over Trakai lakes and castle and the 20k + "drift" over Lithuania. Team & crew were fantastic setting up. Congrats to the pilot for the safe - but somewhat bumpy landing :¬)). Made the experience for me all the more fun. :¬)) I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to have an unusual, and lifetime, holiday memory, Champagne at the end - just to round it off. Thanks again guys.

A really fantastic experience with a smooth flight and outstanding views. Strongly recommend! Start and landing fields had lots (LOTS!) of mosquitoes. Apparently, that’s common in late August to September. Consider bringing bug spray.

Wonderful experience.... everything organized to perfection and maximum security. We booked the tour in the morning but for the condimeteo we were brought forward by a few days and for the evening. If you fly on trakai bring a mosquito repellent you will use it after landing

When it’s your first time, sometimes you don’t realize how lucky you are! We had booked this hot air balloon to fly over the city of Vilnius, one of the very few cities in the world where you can overfly with a hot air balloon. Usually, it’s in the countryside. The weather was perfect, the pick up was seamless, the staff was friendly and the pilot highly competent! Everything lined up only to find out that most times they have to detour away from the city because of the air traffic control for the airport. Be prepared for the pivot which, luckily, we did not have to do! And oh, what a view! You jockey between 1000 and 4000 feet up in the air. There will be other balloons in your pod, which only adds to the excitement. There are four corners to the basket in each corner holds four people. There is minimal amounts of physicality having to crouch with bended knee at the landing. Safety first was always their mission! Pro tip: if you are taking the sunset ride, you will most often land up in a field full of mosquitoes. Best to wear long pants, closed, toed shoes, and a sweatshirt. Consider bug spray as well. Clientele mostly Lithuanian, but everybody, including pilot and guides speak English. Highly recommend even for people, like me, who are scared of heights!

Due to the weather, the flight was scheduled in Trakai. I enjoyed the wonderful mood at my leisure. I saw pretty castles, lakes and forests, and was especially impressed to see balloons, flocks of birds and deer in the meadow below. The staff preparing the balloon, the pilot pilot pilot, was a meteor pro.

From start to finish, the experience was extremely well-organized and professional. The team was punctual and clearly safety-conscious, which made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire flight. The pilot gave excellent explanations about the process, the landscape, and what to expect, which added a lot to the experience. The views were absolutely spectacular—truly unforgettable. We felt safe and looked after the whole time. Highly recommend!
