Time permitting, we’ll take a short stroll around Shinsekai—an often-overlooked area packed with hidden gems, fun facts, and sights to discover.
Tsutenkaku
Walk past Tsutenkaku, the famous landmark tower that is the focal point of the area and see where kushikatsu all began. Walk through the streets that over a century ago, were designed to bring a western feeling to Osaka.

5.00Our guide Adams enthusiasm and knowledge was great. His energy was infectious and had many great stories about the street food and Japanese culture. One of our highlights from our trip. Would definitely do other tours when we come back.

Our guide Anna was amazing all night, and all of the food was incredible 🤤 At each venue we were introduced to delicious food (so much food!), and stories on the history and context of Japanese culture! We had the best night with Anna, and you’d be lucky to get her as your guide 🌸

5.00You definetely need a tour guide to get the best out of this experience. Well worth the money. We had Tim as a tour guide and he is absolutely top class. Very entertaining and full of wisdom. He remembered everyones name and made the experience tbe best we have had so far. If you can book him.
