The Hunter Valley has some of Australia's best wine, food, cheese, chocolate and spirits and we’ll try them all on this tour as we visit 3 wineries, and a distillery. Each stop includes a guided tasting by a local supplier with behind the scenes tours at select locations.
In addition to all the great local producers we visit, the tour also includes a relaxed lunch with a wine, craft beer or cider to allow guests to take in the Valley’s charm.

5.00Small group of novice wine drinkers. One winery was a little too serious for our taste but overall a very interesting day. The driver/tour guide was a mine of information and quite amusing.

5.00Perfect experience of the Hunter Valley wines, coupled with cheeses and chocolates to go along for a special wine pairing experience. Drew was also knowledgeable and professional in all the arrangements and background information.

5.00Fantastic tour to 4 wineries. Included a hearty lunch of pizza & salad. All wine tastings and some pairings with cheese and chocolate were included. We really enjoyed the variety of boutique wineries we visited. It’s a full day 11-12 hours due to drive distance from Sydney … glad we went. Also saw Kangaroos in the wild, so that was a bonus! Drew was an excellent laid back guide for the day. Highly recommend!

5.00We had an excellent day with Drew the tour guide and Dave’s Tours visiting the incredible Hunter Valley wine region. Drew was an excellent host, giving us a rich and detailed history of not only the region but of Australia. He looked after us the whole day and ensured our experience was as enjoyable as possible. The 4 vineyards we visited were each unique and different but equally spectacular and all the wines tasted were enjoyable and of high quality. We highly recommend this tour for a small, tailored, special trip to Hunter Valley.

5.00We had a wonderful day with our driver Drew going to the Hunter Valley for wine tasting. We visited a number of wineries and even had gin and chocolate tastings. Our lunch was delicious and the day was fun and relaxing.

4.00Chris our driver was super fantastic. The day was an amazing experience of taste and experiencing wines. We were disappointed we coulded purchase the beautiful chocolates at the last vineyard. The lovely owners stated they sold more chocolate than wine but this is still a part of their business and I dare say costing them profit. All around a great day.

5.00Enjoyed the different ways to experience wine tasting. Chocolate and cheese were very high quality. Bought cheese to enjoy in our hotel room. Collin was an excellent driver/guide. He was extremely upbeat, interesting, informative and helpful.
