5.00As ever the birdsong, the music and the joy of the plants was just breathtaking and calming. Am just slightly disappointed that since I last visited there is now a formal gift shop and food counter. Have been coming over a number of years and the informal/ homely atmosphere made this feel personal and a labour of love. Now it feels more commercial. But I suppose things have to move with the times to preserve them. Keep going Anthony - I will never tire of visiting,

5.00Beautiful place to relax and unwind. For $25 this was well worth it. We drove here and it was a fun trip from the Hilton. The historic house/store was super cool too

4.00The driver did his best despite the fact that a couple also booked on it (but for a different attraction on the same collect and return route) were far from ready to depart at the collection time which set everything back and involved a lot of waiting. Selfish behaviour! I was taken to where I wanted to go and collected within a short time of my agreed return journey. Hunte's gardens is always worth a visit and I never visit Barbados without spending time there.

5.00Fantastic garden - beautifully maintained. Offering a tranquil experience and the opportunity to see some amazing flowers and trees. Recommend enjoying refreshments on the veranda after seeing the garden.
Great time!!! Excellent service!! Friendly and reasonably priced.

5.00The service was incredible. Communication was A1. The conversation was informative and a smile was displayed at all times. The scheduling was done without any stress. I recommend using this service for your tours. Very accommodating. We had a large group but was treated great. Whatever we wanted it was given. Took us to snorkel and see turtles, to see monkeys, Hunte garden, ate locally and went out of the way to take us to get a dive in on short notice.. Made suggestions and was willing to make changes on short notice.

5.00This really is a must place to visit. An amazing tribute to its creator Anthony Hunte. One tip.... if you can go there yourself rather than an organised trip. You can wander the gardens and sit in the many chairs to breathe in the tranquility and grandeur.

5.00Our trip to Hunte Gardens with Kate was the best few hours we spent in Barbados. The drive to the gardens was filled with conversation - Kate is so knowledgeable and passionate about her home island, we discussed everything from geography to politics and I wished the trip was longer! The gardens themselves are just so beautiful and the owner himself sat with us discussing every detail of our remaining time on the island - the hospitality has to be experienced to be believed. On our trip back, we were joined by Cleston (as well as Kate), and the island’s history continued to unfold! Honestly, the trip to and from was almost better than the destination! Our two guides were just so friendly and knowledgeable, I just wanted to keep driving! I can’t praise these two people enough - if you would like a great tour of the island, do NOT hesitate to book with A Plus Tours. They were fantastic!

5.00A Plus Tours are great! Easy to book. Picked up and dropped off exactly as we asked for and the drive was wonderful- they told us all about the Island, where to go what to do and answered all our questions. So friendly and helpful. Hunte’s Gardens itself is a beautiful and tranquil spot highly recommended for anyone who likes flowers and gardens.
Short experience for rainforest look, expensive!

3.00Plants were beautiful but taxi is expensive as they wait for you with meter running. 1 1/2 hour and that's about it. Really not worth the expense.
