You can come to our husky farm completely immersed in the Finnish Lapland forest, and spend a few hours in the company of our affectionate friends, happy to be able to take a ride in the snow with you. You can then sip a hot drink by the fire of our kota, or have a light snack or book a meal at our restaurant. You can go for walks and snowshoeing in the woods or try the experience of an authentic Finnish sauna heated with wood, followed by a nice hot tub bath, completely surrounded by snow and nature

Husky safari of about 30 minutes with sled dogs, with the possibility of sipping a hot drink at the end of the safari. Each sled can carry two people, a driver and a passenger. In case there is no snow, the safari can be done by kart. Activities not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will still be charged in full. Transfer available on request: Honkamaantie – Kemi Airport. 1-4Person=90€. 4-8Person=110 € Honkamaantie – Kemi Train Station. 1-4 Person=105€. 4-8 Person=125€ Honkamaantie – Rovaniemi. 1-4 Person=290€. 4-8 Person=345€ Honkamaantie – Keminmaa 1-4 Person=95€. 4-8 Person=115€ Please arrive on time, for delays of more than 15 minutes the execution of the safari is not guaranteed and the reservation will be charged anyway. We reserve the right to shorten, alter or cancel activities due to force majeure events. These include, but are not limited to, severe weather (overly cold or warm weather), perilous snow conditions, scarcity or abundance of snow, lack of guides due to illness or accident.

5.00It's an amazing experience. The staff on site are exceptionally nice and friendly. Dogs are kept species-appropriate and clearly enjoy the trips. After the trips we were able to stay on the ranch as long as we liked and still spend time with the Huskys. This resulted in very nice and informative conversations with the employees.

5.00Today had a super great experience with the huskies of Old Pine Lodge. The people tell all about the lives of the huskies along the way. Do if you are in Lapland in winter!
They left us disappointed, zero empathy

1.00We would have loved to have done it. We had a problem with the car in rovaniemi and let us know as soon as we could and we were told both by old Pine and Get tour Guide to fix something, and after many messages they agreed to us coming to the farm. We just went out and they let us touch the dogs 10 minutes, they weren't even for getting on the sled 5 minutes. You know if you have any problems during your trip you'll throw away a whopping 100 euros, zero empathy and responsibility, we're tourists or we're on vacation it's about enjoying, zero empathy, you left us with a foolish face.

1.00Let me say in starting that the farm and dogs were very beautiful, but I can’t say anything else good about the experience. We were taking this tour which was booked through Viator . We arrived at the farm and all lined up for the husky sledding. Due to lack of snow, carts had to be used. So happened I was the last person in line-when it was my turn I was told in front of the Remaining people that it was too difficult and that I wouldn’t be able to ride the cart. So let me just say that if you walk with a cane or are overweight definitely do not plan to be able to do this. I never asked for special services - the decision was made by person in charge of the farm. What’s more disappointing when I reached out to Viator I was denied a refund for a decision made by someone else.

5.00Amazing place with a husky safari. Very friendly and international staff. The good point is that you can drive your sledge and the Italian handmade pizza (or salmon soup) afterwards. You are also allowed to pet the huskies after the safari, which is one of the highlights for the kids.

2.00The husky tour was very nice - I'd like to do it again one day! Unfortunately, the trip with the animals only lasted 20 minutes. The 2 hours stated included the shared snack, which we were allowed to have alone, as well as waiting time (or earlier release). It should also be noted that the location is not open to the public. So we had to pay an additional €210 in taxi fares. For this reason, the price-performance ratio was not right for us. It's a real shame!
If you are in Finland you should not miss this adventure.

5.00So kind to our girls yesterday- they changed the ticket time on the day . The experience was life changing and affirming. Thank you for making dreams , reality. They will always remember the huskies pulling the sledge through the woody terrains.
Great ride, but only two out of three people rode the sled at the same time

3.00The tour was great, better than expected. However, we paid for the sled for three people and only two rode at a time. In other words, when two were on the sled, one was waiting for her turn on the TVA (quadricycle).

5.00We had an amazing time at Old Pine Husky Lodge. A very personal experience with people who love their animals and love sharing them with others. The cart ride was wonderful and a warm tea/coffee/hot chocolate with homemade cake in the restaurant before spending time taking photos of the dogs and some hands on petting. After a delicious pizza cooked by the owner, we were lucky enough to get to play with some new husky puppies and their mum as they roamed around the yard - a very special day - thank you all
