5.00We had a great time on this tour. Our tour guide Simon was great…he took care to make sure we were on time so we could arrive on time for each destination, he was sweet, friendly and kind. The historical fortress and palace were great (be aware this tour involves a lot of walking as the area covered is very expansive). The folk village was interesting (we enjoyed it and the folk dancing show showed us Korea’s culture, dress (Hanbok), and folk music (mostly flute and percussion instruments). The fairly new Starfield library was an amazing sight to see. It’s located within a beautiful new shopping center and food court filled with a great choice of fairly inexpensive and delicious food choices. We had a good time.

5.00We had a great day with Travis. He showed us the fortress, got us to the Starfield mall for a nice lunch (and so that we could check out Starfield Library). Our favorite stop of the day was the Folk Village, where they'll rent out traditional hanbok outfits and have fantastic dancers.

5.00Though the tour started with wet weather, it gradually stopped and ended on a good note. Taeyoung-si was friendly, helpful and we enjoyed the tour which included gaining new knowledge too. Thank you Taeyoung!

4.00Steven can speak English and Chinese, he will help to take photo. The Hwaseong fortress is a must to go, and the market has a lot shops can see, so to know more the local culture.
