1.00When I was getting the tickets I asked about the GoPro they have and the guy that was helping me out says it’s not worth it. There is a compartment on the ski that you can take your pictures and one of us can also help. I did so. I was told by the tour guide to turn off the ski to pass him the cell, smooth. He starts to shoot I went to one side of the beach turn around go to the other hrs not there went back he tells me he dropes it. Everything went to my cloud till he got the cell funny huh thank god I had my Watch but by the time I called my family it was off

2.00We Didn’t get the full time , they were kind but not clear when it came to switching out paid for an hour between 2 ppl an they didn’t call them in to switch out an then the second person myself only got 20 mins out of the time maybe try a different place

5.00Geraldo was the best. The entire staff was great... I highly recommend it. I've done jetski in San Juan before, but this was the best experience ever. Xavier was our guide and he was so professional and helpful with our friend that was her first time. See you guys again.

5.00Simply fun for the whole family! Everyone’s professional and explained safety very clearly. The weather was beautiful. The jet skis seems well maintained can’t ask Moore.

1.00Absolutely terrible experience — avoid at all costs! I rented a jet ski here and the first one they gave me was running rough, so they swapped it for another. Before I took off, they casually told me the handle was loose and to "be careful." While riding, the entire handlebar broke off! Then they tried to charge me $300 for the repair — for equipment that was clearly not safe to begin with. Meanwhile, they kept my son out on his jet ski well past his rental time (35 minutes!) just to strong-arm me into paying. His jet ski had a check engine light on, and the seat was in terrible shape — torn up with chunks missing. Totally unsafe and completely unprofessional. These people are running a scam with busted equipment and shady tactics. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

4.00Very easy to reserve on line with excellent instructions on how to get there and where to park. Jet skis and life jackets were in excellent condition. The release forms were a pain to fill out on the phone - I filled out a lot of those during my stay in PR and this by far was the clunkiest. But besides that, we had a great time. Gorgeous view from out on the water and lots of open space to zip around.

5.00It was amazing. They let us ride for 30 minutes. They let us go fast. Let us go on our own paste my friend that was riding with me. Wanted to get off the guy who was watching us let us let my friend get off so that was cool honestly, it’s a great experience 10 out of 10 will definitely try again With someone someone riding with you.

1.00Not friendly staff at all. They were busy eating ice cream and on their phone. It took a long time to give me the life jacket . Cut my time by 10 minutes short.
