Like a "Pick your own Path" adventure book, you decide which path we follow, even your guide won't know which tour they will be taking you on until you decide upon arrival, making this the most spontaneous, immersive and hysterical walking tour in Cork City.
Will we be retracing the footsteps of Cork’s famous on a “All the Worlds a Stage/Screen” adventure or meeting those responsible for our “Rebel City” reputation or maybe we’ll be stepping back in time to meet some actual “Saints and Sinners” or perhaps you'll become part of the action yourself on our "Medieval Madness" tour.
No matter what you choose you’ll discover the highlights of Cork’s 1500-year history, meet a city full of quirky characters, engage with our local hysterical actor guide as you laugh, act and sometimes dance your way around the City on this truly unique walking tour that’s all about what you Pick... and Cork obviously.

If you choose our "Rebel Cork tour" Our guide will bring you to one of Europes finest indoor Markets for a photo op and regale you with stories of people who have shopped there, worked there and the famous people who have visited there. Expect to stay for approx 10 minutes
Nano Nagle Place
If you pick our "Saints and Sinners tour" our guide will regale you with the story of Corks very own Nano Nagle who founded the presentation order of nuns and defied the penal laws here at the site where she is buried expect to stay 8 minutes

5.00The best thing I did in Cork! I loved the Hysterical Histories walking tour. We saw a lot of the city and I learnt so much from our talented and engaging tour guide, Angela, who is clearly extremely knowledgeable about the history, culture and fascinating individuals of Cork.

1.00We arrived five minutes late and couldn’t find the tour. I assume it left w/o us. No communication along the way. Don’t book unless you can be early.

5.00Angela was delightful! She is a native born and bred Corkonian (hope I got the name right) with endless knowledge of Cork history; not just the “serious” history, but the everyday eccentric history that gives Cork its character. Angela knows the Cork secrets! Her family has lived in Cork for generations and are truly part of the history of the city. If you love history and stories, you’ll love this tour. And ask about ghosts!

5.00Great tour lots of information. Angela was great. She looked very cute in her pirate outfit. I think they should change the name from hysterical history tour to just a history tour. We did love it!
