5.00Captain Roberto was the absolute best!! There was a hiccup in our booking and although our confirmation had 10am, the company had 2 pm. They hurried around and got us taken care of and we were extremely grateful. The tapas were delicious. We couldn’t have been gifted a better way to end our family vacation. 10 out of 10!!
Too expensive for the experience

1.00We were asked to come earlier but I had thought we'd finish by 8pm. We were back in the port by 7.30pm and invited off the boat. Overall, the boat experience was nice but the snacks (I wouldn't call them tapas) had nothing of premium and quite frankly were a disappointment

2.00Viatour messed up our reservation. I had a 1030 am reservation for a private sail boat for 3 hours and somehow our reservation was given away to another group. The Ibiza water sport employee did everything he could to find us a boat with a similar experience. We appreciated his effort immensely as we could see how stressful it was for him to help our situation. The experience we ended up being given was far less than we had reserved but we kept a good attitude and enjoyed it. Negative feedback- 1. old boat instead of a beautiful sailboat. 2. Tour was 2 ours and not 3 hours. 3. The boat was not private as we had reserved. 4. The original tour we reserved promised premium alcohol. Positive feedback. 1 the tour staff were very nice. 2. The staff (CoCo) was wonderful to at least find a boat so we could have an experience. 3. He (CoCo) gave us 2 bottles of cava. 4. The crew on the boat were very nice. Viatour. You could have ruined a once in a lifetime experience for us. We made the most of it but we are not happy with your mistake and want to be compensated for our loss.
