We'll learn about the history of the oldest distillery in the Americas, starting with the boulevard of the 8 pisquera strains. Then, we'll visit the original facilities from 1684, the largest winery in Ica, the wine presses, and the falcas. We'll continue to the current distillery, considered the most modern in the country. Finally, we'll taste its famous pisco in each of its varieties.
Tacama
We'll visit Peru's first vineyard, established in 1540 by winemaker Francisco de Carabantes. We'll tour the classic winery, learn about its modern facilities, and we will learn the wine and pisco production process. Finally, we'll taste each of its iconic beverages. Every Monday, the Tacama vineyard does not accept visitors; in that case, the visit is made to another winery of similar quality.

5.00We had such a great time on this tour! Our guide Joel was load of fun and made sure we had a good time. All of the tour guides at the vinyards were excellent but Jesus at La Caravedo was exceptional, one of our favorites of all time.
