Your Experience Begins with a Seamless Arrival To ensure a smooth and stress-free start to your unforgettable journey, we kindly ask that you arrive at the marina no later than one hour prior to your scheduled departure. Please note that check-in will close promptly 30 minutes before departure. Guests who arrive after this time will be marked as no-shows, and as stated in our policy, no refunds will be issued. Our check-in area is conveniently located beneath the white tent next to the iconic tree with the red, white, and blue painted trunk, a welcoming landmark that signals the beginning of your adventure. For guests driving to the marina, complimentary street parking is available in the surrounding area. Please remember to bring a valid photo ID matching the name on the reservation, as this is required to complete your check-in.
Please arrive one hour prior to departure, after the time you will be mark a no show and there will no refund.

5.00Fun, exciting, worth the price, terrific crew that were constantly serving you or asking what else we needed. They made sure we were all tended to. Capt Jay and his crew (Pablo and Anthony) were the best!

4.00This was a fun catamaran ride to a beautiful island to relax and play in the water and beach for half a day. There was about 30 minutes of snorkeling around a pier. I wish there had been more snorkeling, but the boat is super nice and we had fund on the floats and water. The crew was fun and nice.

5.00It was alot of fun. Everyone was very accommodating and gave us the best service. The food was excellent and the drinks were awesome. Kenneth was very friendly and made it a point to make conversation. The whole experience made our trip so much fun.

3.00From reading the instructions, it seemed imperative that we arrive early so we got there at 11:30. However, the hosts/team did not show up until 1215. So I felt like we wasted a lot of time waiting When it wasn’t necessary. The snorkeling was very disappointing. We saw one turtle before we got in the water and then really didn’t see anything else. This was at Palomino Island. I’m not sure if that is their normal snorkeling spot or not but we ended up basically just swimming around. The boat was nice and clean, the food was good and the guides were professional and friendly so it was still a good day, but it was definitely more of a beach day than a snorkeling trip.

4.00I absolutely loved this tour! Know before you go: the location is about 1.25 hours from the Metropolitan San Juan area and the tour specifies that participants are to arrive 1 hour prior to start time or be marked as a no show. That said, we had to leave out a little over 2 hours ahead of our scheduled booking. We arrived as required only to find out that the employees had not arrived yet. Additionally, we had participants arrive 10 minutes before our start time who were allowed to still participate (yay for them). This is the only reason, I took away a star from this experience. Once the tour started, we met our guides who were absolutely amazing! They took their time to explain things to us, reassured us when the waters became choppy, played good music and fed us good food and drinks. The snorkeling can be difficult at first, just let the guys know if you’re a beginner so they can take their time and explain things to you. My man is not the best swimmer and could have benefited from so TLC during the snorkeling experience. Other than those two things, I’m so glad I found and booked this tour.

5.00Definitely worth it! This excursion was the highlight of our trip. Kenny and Kiwi were very attentive and provided excellent service bartending, assisting into the water, and a yummy lunch. Snorkeling was not rushed and we saw so many fish. Then another trip to Icacos to enjoy 2 hours of beach time relaxing was the best. I’d recommend this company and happy we chose a great one. If you’re in San Juan, an Uber is a good choice, or if you drive, there is parking on the street.

5.00It was an awesome trip they had a lot of toys once we got to the island that we can play on swings pads beach balls. Christmas dinner and drinks were phenomenal to say the least the crew Captain Gabriel we couldn't ask for better people very knowledgeable about everything that I had asked definite must do again. It was unfortunate that we could not do to snorkeling because of the riptide stirred everything up in the water but all in all it was a great day and definitely will do it again next time we come.
