5.00My husband and I took the Katla Ice Cave tour with Katlatrack. Our guide was awesome, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even had a fun soundtrack for the Super Jeep ride. The ice cave itself was completely stunning, and so worth the tour. I 100% recommend the tour!

5.00The drive to the cave was beautiful (a bit bumpy and slippery at times, but that depends on the season you visit). Our guide was very funny and knowledgeable. Because of the weather, the snow was melting, so it was quite wet with real puddles of water to cross, and visibility wasn’t great. Even so, it was still beautiful and a wonderful experience. This was our favorite activity.

5.00We had a great time on this tour! We were debating between this tour, and a few others, and er are so glad chose this one. It blew us away, and the ice was so clear, blue, and beautiful! The off road ride there was such a great experience too. Highly recommend!

5.00Had an absolute blast. The day of the tour it snowed pretty hard but that made the journey even more special! The guides were hilarious and helpful. I'm honestly so glad I did it. My only wish was that the tour was longer/there was more to see. That said, I feel it was a once in a lifetime opportunity and well worth the money.

1.00Business locstion is tricky to find. There location is shared with Black Crust Pizza when wevdrove up we see Black Crust Pizza their name is on the sign but a much smaller foont and easy to misss. There are loads of tour busses next door so wevask around but none have business names on them. We were there in plenty of time. Webjust couldnt get an snswer wherevthe place was, wevacrually went in to blsck crust piza and asked and a few employees just should their heads. When we located the desk their was no one there. So we looked next doir. They never made an effort to call is. You would think when a tourbcharges 440.00 US dollars theybwould ar least call to see if you are lost of almost there. No call nothing. And we were right next door. When we asked forba refund the employee was very rude stating other people found them. . Its unfortunate they were so cold. . What business is a tiny desk in a Pizza Restaurant and at first look you don’t see tbeir name. 440 bucks gone you’d thinkna oartial redund. Nope they keep it all, Greedy heartless Rude people

5.00This was a really good tour. I’d watched some YouTube videos of the tours so already had my expectations set around the ever changing nature of the ice. Raphael was a great guide and he was very informative. The scenery around the cave and glacier itself was stunning. Thank you for a great tour and for taking pics of us.

1.00Beside the fact that they ripped me off it was fine. I accidentally booked for 4 people and it was only my husband and I. It was obviously I made the mistake since I had two separate reservations for 2 people each under my name. Then refused to offer a refund, didn’t offer a partial refund, a credit or even a T shirt. And our tour wasn’t full so it wasn’t as though we took someone’s spot. There was only 4 ppl on the tour. Very disappointing that they were so so unwilling to make it right.

5.00Our ice cave tour was amazing! Our guide, Simeon, provided a wealth of education and history of the glacier and the cave, including how the staff checks for safety of tours. It was very much worth the cost and we did not feel rushed throughout the tour. There were two other tours while we were there, but the timing was perfect as we had the cave all to ourselves (group of 7) once we entered. The cave itself was beautiful to walk through and the water rushing through from the melt was so cool leading to the waterfall. We ended the tour with an exhilaration ride along Black sand beach as the waves crashed allowing for some pretty cool pictures. Thanks for a fantastic experience! (Be prepared to get a little wet on the tour-water proof boots and mittens will keep you happy)
