Your ice fishing adventure begins at the pick-up point in Tromsø, where you’ll set off on a scenic drive to the fishing spot. From there, you’ll take a short walk down to the frozen fjord and experience the thrill of fishing on Arctic ice.
You’ll have the unique opportunity to catch your own fish in one of Norway’s most stunning natural settings. After your fishing session, you’ll head to the cozy basecamp, where you’ll learn how to clean, prepare, and cook your catch the traditional Norwegian way.
While you relax in the heart of the Arctic wilderness, you’ll hear fascinating local stories and gain insight into the region’s fishing culture and history.
Once you’ve enjoyed your freshly prepared meal and taken in the peaceful surroundings, you’ll return comfortably to the pick-up point in Tromsø.

Ice Fishing on Ullsfjord starts at the pick-up point in Tromsø. From there we will drive you to The fishing spot and walk down to the frozen sea. On this trip you will get a unique opportunity to catch your own fish. We will prepare the Fish With you, if you catch one. If we catch any fish, you will learn how to prepare and cook it. After the fishing trip we will drive to our basecamp and prepare a local meal with you. Our basecamp has a fantastic view of the Lyngen Alps. There will be told local stories, and you can relax in the middle of the arctic wilderness. When you have learned about our local history and are well rested, we will drive you back to the pick-up point i Tromsø. We will provide you with warm outerwear, fishing Equipment, Lunch, warm and Cold drinks. Guests must bring their own warm mittens, cap and underwear. Winter shoes are provided by special request.

5.00We really enjoyed this fishing trip. The setting was enchanting and the tour was perfectly organized. Despite not catching anything, we were afterwards served a delicious fish burger in the wooden cabin of the owner. Highly recommended this organization.

5.00A great time spent with Skadi Adventures AS. The guide is very friendly and very pedagogical. Finishing with the tasting of fish caught is a great experience. There's really nothing wrong with that.

5.00WE HAD THE BEST TIME!! Did we catch any fish, nope! But that did not matter, the vibes, the experience and the wonderfully hilarious guide made our evening that special. We ended it in a cabin with a fire, awesome fish burgers, warm drinks and amazing dessert! Would do it again in a heart beat and hopefully catch a fish this time!

5.00Great time with Karin and Oskar! Unforgettable experience in a spectacular setting! We spend an hour and a half fishing and if we catch fish (or not ).. we meet at karin to taste a Burger of fish, the fish from the peach that she bakes and a good cake... really to make! 5.00My husband and I had a great time ice fishing with Karin. The fishing spot was a beautiful location. Our group caught a few cod. Karin explained how to use the equipment well. We went back to her home and she cooked the fish we caught and was very delicious! The whole experience felt very authentic. Thank you for having us!

5.00Where the right clothing & foot wear & gloves. Be patient & keep the jig moving. The whole experience was Wonderful, though I did not catch a fish. Others did & we had a great meal. I would do this again when visiting here. Thank you Gary Bruzaud Ps birthday cake was a very nice surprise 🙂
