4.00The tour was a great way to see many great views of the Iceland. Franklin our guide was absolutely fantastic and genuinely made the tour a great pleasure, along with his recommendations afterwards for an evening dinner. My only complaint is the bus honestly wasn't the most comfortable. Be prepared for tight knees if you're over 175cm tall.

My guide, Magga, was exceptional at sharing her knowledge of this beautiful island with tales of the first settlers, folktales, and fun facts. I would absolutely come back to iceland and explore more with this company. Highly recommend!

5.00This day had the worst weather of our trip, but ended up being our favorite day! Even in the cold rain, every stop was beautiful! Pictures don’t do the locations justice. Our guide, Tomas, was wonderful! He encouraged a very adventurous spirit through the day and had wonderful stories and history to share while on the long drives between locations If you’re considering this trip, I highly recommend!

5.00This tour was incredible, very different experience and part of the country than the Golden Circle Tour. There is a lot more driving, it is about 1.5 hours to your first stop, they do stop at a local market for bathrooms and snacks. Skogafoss is incredible, walking behind the waterfall is an experience. Distance isn’t much but the terrain makes it a challenge. Sólheimajökull glacier is a sight, beautiful. Reynisfjara beach is a beautiful sight, the black rock beach is beautiful and the giant rock formations have a story worth listening too. Lunch at the restaurant was amazing, you have to get the soup! Seljalandsfoss waterfall…don’t let the stairs fool you. My husband and I are in good shape and I nearly didn’t make it to the top. Over 600 rickety, slippery stairs with partial handrails, sometimes for a view that’s…okay. The best pictures are taken at the bottom of the fountain in the lava rock beds. Overall a great trip that captures south iceland. Magga our tour guide was great providing so much history and storytelling to fill the time we were driving.

4.00it is a smaller van and it is also with smaller seats with the one i took. so the drive is uncomfortable especially when seating together with another adult. The tour itself is great with many stops but comparing with other options i think i would go for the bigger bus tours.

5.00The trip is a full day and packed with memorable sights, the small group definitely helps and the knowledgeable guide made everything very relaxed and never felt time pressured. The landscape is stunning, we saw snow capped mountains, waterfalls, glaciers, beach - with a seal! Considering the length of the tour, the time flew by, but we were never rushed. Our guide, Sergio, was very knowledgeable and kept things moving at a leisurely pace while covering all the sights.

I’m hoping to get some useful travel tips and recommendations from you guys. Here are some details about my planned trip: 1. Travel Time: I plan to travel to Iceland in late winter/early spring (February-March), mainly to chase the Northern Lights, and I also want to experience the winter scenery of glaciers and waterfalls. 2. Trip Duration: About 7-8 days, and I prefer a relaxed travel pace, not too rushed. 3. Travel Style: I love natural scenery, so I want to visit classic scenic spots such as glaciers, ice lakes, waterfalls, and black sand beaches. I also want to try some mild outdoor activities, like glacier walking and Blue Lagoon hot spring soaking. I’m not into overly intense adventure sports. 4.
