Later on, you will get to discover one of our renowned waterfall at Grand River South East which is the longest river in Mauritius. Its rich flora and fauna will enable you to observe the bats hanging from the top of the branches & monkeys in their natural habitat perched on trees or sheltered on mountain slopes that border the river.

Your marvelous full-day excursion to Ile aux Cerf will begin with a complimentary hotel pick-up at your accommodation anywhere on the Paradise Island. You will meet and be greeted by our certified guide and after boarding to your comfortable vehicle, then set off to Trou D'eau Douce village, a fishing village nestled on the East Coast of Mauritius.
Ile Aux Cerfs
Arriving at Trou D'eau Douce, you will board to your speed boat to go to Ile aux Cerf. You will certainly enjoy the speed boat ride from Trou D’eau Douce to Ile aux Cerf Island. As part of this speed boat ride, you will get to enjoy sailing through the crystal clear water of the east coast lagoons with breathtaking scenery all around. As you approach the Ile aux Cerfs Island by speed boat, you will see the swaying palm trees and the pure white beaches framed by the vivid turquoise waters. Once arriving at Ile Aux Cerf, you are sure to have a day of relaxation on the white sandy beach and fun on one of the picture-postcard beaches, and to enjoy a swim and snorkeling in the lagoon. The beautiful island allows you to indulge in numerous water sports activities like parasailing, tube riding, Undersea walk & along with sunbathing by lying on the silvery sand of the beautiful beaches. 3.00I am very divided on this release. All the services were there: driver who picks us up and brings us back to the hotel, towed buoy, parasailing, scuba diving, visit to deer island and visit to the waterfall but the whole thing is very poorly paced/organized . Because we are mixed with other groups of tourists who are doing the catamaran trip or just an activity like scuba diving. So we waited 1 hour in the parking lot for late customers, then we did 5 minutes of buoying and 5 minutes of parachute. Then wait 45 minutes on a platform in full sun (just a tarpaulin with 2 stakes for shade) for another boat to come and drop us off for the underwater walk which lasts 10 minutes. Then return to the platform, wait again for 20/30 minutes to take yet another speedboat to go to Ile aux Cerfs for 1h30/2h then departure for the beach restaurant (duration 2h) without the pilot telling us what time he picks us up and finally visit the waterfall. In summary, too much waiting for the actual duration of the activities. Despite everything, the underwater walk and the visit to the waterfall are definitely worth doing, thanks to Adrian the boat pilot who likes speed and therefore good sensations on the speedboat but things to improve to make the experience really nice . Our hotel (flic en flac) was an hour and a half drive from this activity so 3 hours drive for so little time for activities is disappointing. To plan: 45 euros extra if you want photos of yourself during all the activities.

2.00So it started well then parasailing was cancelled due to Cyclone alerts at that time .. we were told me and my wife you ll get a 40 usd refund each and you should contact the company , which we did and they confirmed it s gonna happen ! and then we were left behind me and my wife on the lunch island despite being on time for the final itenerary which was supposed to be GRSE waterfall , someone came back to took us with another couple that was also left behind and we found ourselves going back to the starting point without anyone explaining to us .. so i called the company and they told us it s also cancelled due to weather conditions and we ll get refunded this part as well .. So it s been almost a month without any refund and i also completely forgot about it .. and when i just remembered this morning i made the partial refund request i got an email of a 12 usd refund accepted !!! This is not accepted !!

1.00Very poorly coordinated and pathetic experience from the tour company. Picked up late, no life jackets and had to wait for each & every activity…very disappointing experience

4.00Our driver Daren was brilliant, very informative and extremely time conscious which helped a lot. “Mr Muscles” our speed boat driver (Mauri tats on the arm) was a very fast boat driver and handler - the trip was such fun. Just loved it. Take cash with you, as you cannot tip staff with a card (we only had a card with us) also take sunscreen! The day is quite long and hot. (Thankfully we did) you can order videos and photos of the underwater walk and the parasailing trip (1500 rupees per event) that was really worth it too. Lunch was good (lovely garlic bread, delish potato salad and amazing chicken!) overall fantastic way to spend the day.

3.00The planning for the trip is awful. We booked this adventure trip. We enjoyed all the activities undersea walking, tube riding, GRSE, and parasailing. The trip includes a meal. We are vegetarian, veg food was okay (not too bad not too good). The staff was friendly and professional. The trip started with pick up. Then we drove to the first activity undersea walking. It was amazing we purchased additional pics and a video package. After finishing this activity we drove to Ile aux Cerf parking. We embark on a speed boat to Ile Aux Cerf Beach. Ile aux cerf is a beautiful beach and one of the best in Mauritius. It's anything you have seen before. Pristine clear and turquoise color water. We were given only 1 hour on this island. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy our time on this island because our activities were planned for this location. Parasailing and tube riding. Then we boarded the speed boat again at noon. The boat took us to GRSE waterfall. Then to lunch at 1 PM on an island. From 1 PM till 3:30 PM, we just killed the time. The island where we had our lunch had a beach which is very dirty. It's one of the nasty beaches. we just found a shade under a tree to kill time by watching Netflix. 2 hours were wasted at the island where we had lunch. The beaches on this island were filled with algae. The water was unclear and not the place where you could swim or snorkel. All around the island. We checked on all sides of it. Improvement for trip organizer: 1. Give more time on Ile Aux Cerf beach 2. Please be on time for pick up (1 hr late for us) 3. Add more options for vegetarians For trip buyers: 1. Opt out for GRSE. It's not very interesting, Ask for more time at ILE aux Cerf

5.00The entire experience was worth the price. The transfers were clean, well air conditioned and on time. The driver was kind and professional. The instructors for the undersea walk, tube ride and parasailing were so kind and patient. The speed boat transfers were wonderful. The food as part of the lunch was actually better tasting than the food at our resort. Overall a truly amazing experience.

5.00we had a great time at ile aux cerfs island. the activities were amazing. our first time doing parasailing. it is a great experience. The food was nice especially the bbq chicken. special thanks to our driver manu.. thanks to my nephew who bought us this trip!!

1.00Well I am travel lover and I would write my most honest review for my fellow travellers. I I boarded the taxi 7:20. Then I went to undersea walk which was pretty fine. Then I went on to board speed boat for the island. When I reached there the activity area was so mismanaged that we ended up doing only tube riding and no para sailing and the guys said you will do it after lunch. They were in so much hurry to finish the trip that we went to see the grse waterfalls and then rushed to the island for lunch and then winded up asap to return to the jetty and I couldn’t communicate with anyone regarding my parasailing activity for which I paid 2500 Rs and there’s no help whatsoever regarding it and the only motto is to finish the trip as quickly as possible. Nothing else. I have travelled 6 countries with this app. But I must say that 288 dollars is not worth it and secondly this trip was the most disastrous across all 6 countries. 288 dollars is pinching my wallet every second and specially the parasailing amount. Don’t go for it. Just don’t waste your money. Rest god bless and may be gods with you always.
