Carlota was very helpful and prepared, not only for what she told us during the visit but also because she gave us further advice on what to do next. Experience and guidance highly recommended!

We went with a group of students and Andrea, our guide, in addition to speaking perfect English, knew how to adapt to our needs at all times.
