5.00The hotel is amazing since day one. and we had a great view to the beach from our room and very clean well maintained The lobby is beautiful. The staff was super friendly the moment we arrived. The buffet breakfast / lunch The staff was very friendly good customer service. This girl name Vianely always smiles take me and my daughter to the table. And was this girl go by the name of Mariza was unbelievable everyday with a big smile on her face helping everyone and her own Colleagues Mariza customer service was excellent and they made sure we always had something to drink she’s very good at the job. The foods they served in the buffet were delicious and they had a great variety of things to try. The bars have lots of tasty drinks and the service was also great and fast. again good customer service bar staff at the beach (Isidro and Anthony )thanks for everything always wanted to help me and my daughter we loved every second of the trip The night entertainment shows have also been great to watch especially The ambiance was so uplifting and fun. They made sure everyone had a great time.( I would definitely book with them again next time ! )The scenery is beautiful and the beach wow. We had an awesome stay Álvaro Delima/ Ashleigh PS : The staff are all Great.

5.00Amazing service, Marly took his time waiting for me and wife at the airport for almost 1hour after the landed since it was so busy. He wait for with a smile on his face ready to take us to our hotel. Also coming back I need it to stop at the pharmacy since I didn’t feel to well, he stop and got me what I need it. He services were great. Coming back soon and I will be using his services forever. Thank you Marly for an amazing service.
