5.00Just a great all around history of the war. Many visits with different aspects of the war. He can get as specific on details as the group wants.

5.00Cannot recommend highly enough, my tour was detailed and informative. Roger is an excellent host, happy to answer any and all questions, and his knowledge is second to none. I was looking for a tour that would take in many of the major sites in the area, and this did not disappoint. There were seven of us in total on the tour, an ideal size and we were all made very welcome. Roger even made some stops at sites that were specially tailored to the group, an attention to detail which was very much appreciated. An absolute highlight of the tour was the visit to the Hill 62 Museum, which included a tour of the authentic First World War trenches. I would recommend for anyone looking for an introduction to the First World War and the Flanders area and I will certainly consider booking again in the future.

5.00The whole expierince was fantastic. Rodger is extremelly informative. A really nice touch at the end . As were Irish he brought us to a place out of the way that commerates chaplain Willie Doyle and the poet Francis Ledwidge.

5.00Very informative tour & Roger was great. We had a small group and that made asking questions very easy. I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in the area and WW1. Tour was the highlight of my visit

5.00Roger our guide was in contact with us soon after we booked, confirming pick details. Roger arrived on time and was simply delightful and full of knowledge that wasn’t overwhelming. He was ready for any questions and because it was just the two of us, he adjusted the itinerary to focus on our individual interests. We were impressed with everything and all the places we visited in our morning tour. Visiting the battlefields, cemeteries and a museum where the original tunnels still remain was an eye opener and gave an even greater respect to those who fought for our country. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.

5.00We all enjoyed our tour with Roger. He told us lots of information about each part of Ypres that we visited. He encouraged us to ask questions and so we all learnt a lot about the events of WW1. Would highly recommend this tour, thanks again Roger!
