1.00I paid for a service and didn't get it. I had a flight change and the company was unable to pick us up, despite having already paid the full cost of the service. If they refused to make a refund, I tried to request a partial refund and still couldn't. They could have at least sent another car, we had to turn around to be able to transport us, full of bags. The service should be paid after the performance of the same, at least half. Disappointed because I already had another good experience with the company
