5.00It is very well organised agency. We feeled safe with our driver Mr. Suraj. The program is a good combination of free time and sightseeing. The choice of hotels is very good and the chosen guides in English were very knowlegable and nice! We had very pleasent holiday!

5.00As an avid traveller, I had never found a travelling agency that surpassed all of my expectations. The whole team was wonderfull, proactive and incredibally nice, especially Mr Nandu who is an excellent driver. He always tended to our needs and made sure we had a good time. If it was possible, i would rate Ghum India Ghum six stars of pure travelling excelency. Saurav, congratulations you are running a great agency.

5.00As solo traveler I am always carefully choosing the partner agency for trips.I read a lot about India and local agencies and I choose Ghum India Ghum. I did the Golden Triangle with Varanasi and at the end 3 days KErala trip. I was very satisfied with the whole booking process, I asked a lot of question and received answers very quick and professional. All the guides and drivers were very punctual and communicate in English. Saurav from the agency was always available on whatsup and always open and willing to help. All in all, trip was what I expected and I was very happy to use Ghum India Ghum as organiser, it was reliable and knowledgeable.

5.00Our experience couldn’t have been better. We always had someone with us to guide us in every place we visited and all the guides were excellent . However, the most important thing I am grateful for, is our driver Suraj, who was a great professional and at the same time kind , supportive and helpful . 5.00The tour was absolutely amazing. Communication with the company was really quick. If you are looking for tour operator in India, you have just found the best one. Ghum India Ghum booked for us great hotels. The driver Deepak is one of the best drivers I have ever seen. He is calm, even in India traffic we werent scared for a second. And he was really punctual, we didnt wait for him not even once. The guides in Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Varanasi were really clever, they answered all our questions about India. We felt really safe with them, they showed us things above the itinerary. There wasnt any problem in our tour.

5.00We did a modified Golden Triangle w Varanasi tour with Ghum India Ghum in June. We went from Delhi to Jaipur to Tordi Garh to Agra, then back to Delhi before taking a sleeper train to Varanasi and back from there to Delhi again. Suarav was very accommodating of our requests for itinerary events including adding a cooking class and taking the sleeper train instead of flying to Varanasi, and we were taken excellent care of. Ghum India Ghum (Suarav) was always prompt and kind when we needed anything, and our driver Harish was excellent. We had different guides at the different towns as part of our tour, they were uniformly knowledgeable and we always felt comfortable and well-informed. Sites were incredible, and it was very nice having someone else handle the logistics of getting us around. Also, our pre-booking conversations were fairly extensive as we formed a final trip plan and as mentioned above, Suarav was incredibly easy to work with. I cannot speak to other guides as I have not been to India more than once, but our trip in June was incredible and I am 100% pleased with Ghum India Ghum. Highly, highly recommend them.

5.00If you visit India, I highly recommend going with Ghum India Ghum. They are by far one of the best tour companies we've ever travelled with! My partner and I booked a 2 week private customised tour from Singapore, and it was the best way for us to experience India. The tour company and itinerary: Saurav was so incredibly helpful with customising our itinerary and ensuring our entire trip was planned perfectly. He checked in with us regularly and provided really nice and reliable service. We were provided a detailed breakdown of our day to day itinerary including distance and time to drive between cities. Saurav made sure to add in all the key sightseeing stops so we wouldn't miss out on anything! Our driver Harish: We travelled across Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Jaisalmer and Bikiner with our driver Harish who kept us safe on the roads and was a very skilled driver. He really went above and beyond to bring us to our destination on time while keeping us comfortable. We also highly recommend requesting for Harish as your driver! Our tour guides: Every single one of our tour guides was friendly and very knowledgable. Particularly memorable were our guides Joshi in Agra and Prakash in Varanasi. They went all out in helping us navigate the crowds and were experts of their respective local cities. We had such an amazing time with them and the experience was incredible. The accommodation: We opted for the 4-5 star hotel options and the accommodations exceeded our expectations particularly in Bikaner and Rathambore. Overall all the rooms were clean, the food was good and the staff were nice! Thank you so much Ghum India Ghum!
