We had our own kayaks and only used them as a shuttle service. They treated us just like a regular renting customer and were full of valuable information about the area. You could tell they loved their job!

We booked a self guided inflatable kayak tour with Verde Adventure River Tours. The Verde River has still water sections for lazy floating and small rapids for a bit of adventure. The river winds through cottonwood, aspen and other trees. Our guide, Ben, set up the kayaks, explained what to expect and how to navigate to kayaks along the river. He shared some local lore on the shuttle ride to the put in point and met us at the take out point. The adventure was amazing, and we highly recommend it.

This being the first time kayaking the guides made it a phenomenal trip. My wife and I had a spectacular trip. We would highly recommend anyone taking this trip

Fun, great experience. The water was very calm with just a few rapids. Scott, our guide was very knowledgeable and fun to talk with. Would definitely do it again.

This was so much fun! A great activity on a hot day in the desert with family. The squirt guns were an added bonus! Highly recommend for kids 10 and up, especially teenagers and college kids! You can get wet to cool off or stay dry in your kayak if you choose, most of our crowd ended up happily soaked!

Great time the only drawback was the river was lower than normal and made certain low areas challenging. Very relaxing and easy trip

Our guides Scoty and Sarah were very informative which made everything easy. They made sure we had plenty of water even adding group photos and oranges. The river was fun and relaxing. I would definately recommend going on this adventure.

This is the second year in a row we have helped a friend celebrate their Birthday with the tubing on the river. The float is good length (duration) and the convenience of being at the winery for after float fun, was great. The Staff at Verde Adventures are extremely knowledgable and gave a great narrative of local flora and fauna, history, geography and overall general support.
