Journey through Ireland's musical history on this 1.5-hour tour! Along with your passionate local guide, you'll go behind the scenes of one of Ireland's largest recording studios, where artists like Van Morrison, The Script, and Sinead O'Conner have all spent time recording. Here you'll find photos and memorabilia of some of the world's largest artists, from U2 and Michael Jackson to the iconic guitarist, Thin Lizzy. Because this is still a working studio there's no telling who you'll run into!

Located in the heart of Temple Bar—Dublin's Cultural Quarter—the Irish Rock 'N' Roll Museum Experience is the only place in Ireland to celebrate Rock 'N' Roll. This 1.5-hour tour will take visitors on a historical musical journey, where you'll travel behind the scenes of some of Ireland's largest acts. This fully-guided tour has informative exhibits from Irish Rock 'N' Roll with access to one of Dublin's most legendary venues and recording studios. Over the years these facilities have hosted some of Ireland's most popular artists including Van Morrison, Thin Lizzy, Sinead O'Conner, and others. Discover more than just the music itself, this museum provides some insight into the lives and careers of the artists, and is a way to really walk in the footsteps of some of your musical heroes. At the end of the 75-minute tour, you finish in the middle of Temple Bar where you originally started the tour.

Such a cool museum, worth coming here

5.00I came here on Oct. 1/25, I wanted to come to a place I have never went to before and this place was it. I was told to come back in maybe 30 minutes when I could take the next tour so I went to see The Temple bar then I came back and the tour started, the tour took about 40-45 minutes from start to finish, we went into a long hallway which had many speakers, guitars and other things music related, that was interesting to see… A short time later we went into a room where our guide told us we were going to watch a video and that afterwards he was going to ask us questions regarding the video, which is what happened. It was about 15 minutes long and then he asked questions about the movie; after this we left this building and went a short distance to another building which we went up some stairs and into a small room which was where the Irish singers recorded music in, there were many items which include, pictures, jackets and even a statue of thin lizzy where his mom was standing next to him, there was an old analog audio console which looks intimidating when you look at it. Overall I enjoyed coming to this place and taking this tour which our guides name was Liam, he gave us a card with his name on it which was a good thing because I forgot him name. I would recommend coming here especially if you enjoy music related things. 4.5 of 5 for a cool place 4.5 of 5 for Liams tour info 4.5 of 5 for cool instruments and the video of the history of rock and roll 4.5 of 5 overall for everything involved with this tour

5.00I had such a fantastic experience at the Irish Rock ‘n’ Roll Museum Experience. The tour was incredibly informative and gave such a rich insight into Ireland’s music history. A huge highlight was our guide, Reece, who brought everything to life. He told the stories so well, with real passion and energy, making the whole experience engaging from start to finish. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does, and it made all the difference. I’d highly recommend this to anyone visiting Dublin or anyone with an interest in music. Such a memorable and enjoyable experience!
Ask for a guy called Sterling & it’ll make the guided tour even better! Value for money. Interesting & informative
