Taran and his wife were the perfect guides for our family. Personable, knowledgable, open to suggestions but also knew all the right spots to go (views, culture, wildlife, beautiful beach, etc). They also generously went over the time in order to squeeze in one last spot. Couldn’t have been better. If we hadn’t booked this tour, our trip to ishigaki wouldn’t have been nearly as memorable. Oh- and the pictures were amazing souvenirs of our trip to Japan!

Taran was AMAZING. Went out of his way to provide us with unique tour destinations in Ishigaki. He even went well over the 4-5 hour allocated in order for us to explore the island. I cannot say enough nice things about Taran. Ask for him when you are on the island.

Tour was very good, we are visited many places and even had time for black pearl shopping and nice food. This tour is organized by English/Japanese nice couple and you can learn deep about Japanese culture with pretty good English language. Not like in Okinawa: We put coconut club to miso soup :)

Taran and Makato looked after us very well! We were taken around the island to some of the most picturesque locations. Taran is also a great photographer, and does a great job in taking candid photos of ours. The tour ended with them taking us to a local fish shop to sample the freshest Toro! I would definitely recommend anyone visiting the island to use their services.
