The minimum age to board the catamaran for our Isla Mujeres Luxury Sailing tour is 4 years old, for water activities, it's 8 years old.
Not recommended for guests with limited mobility.
For safety reasons, we do not recommend participation on any snorkel activity if you are pregnant, have respiratory problems, injuries, back/neck issues, heart conditions, or conditions that can cause loss of consciousness
For your safety, reef access is subject to age (8 to 60) and physical condition guidelines set by the Harbor Master's Office.
The pickup time depends on your hotel's location.

5.00Awesome excursion to Isla Mujeres. Catamaran ride was great. Time to snorkel and plenty of drinks. Staff and crew provided exceptional service. Explore the island’s shops, restaurants and beaches.

2.00They were 1 hr and 15 mins late to pick me up from my hotel, the tour started 45 mins late. The snorkeling felt very rushed and there was very minimal direction. Isla Mujeres is amazing but don’t book through here.

3.00This trip was unfortunately a mixed experience for us. The snorkelling and the trip to Isla Mujeres were great but the transfer was far longer than it should have been (making what was advertised as a 5 hour trip a 9 hour trip) and the boat was so busy not everyone had a seat.
Was great, minus the luxury part.

3.00Pleasant enough, nice and friendly. But define luxury. For the price we paid, I expected a less crowded boat. Better snacks. Top shelf liquor. Anything that might make this luxury. Also, location is not what you see on the map. It sails out of Escencia which just means a longer ride there and back.

5.00Fun trip to Isla Mujeres. Miguel and team from Cancun Adventures did a fabulous job. We were on Catamaran 5. Isla Mujeres is a bit touristy, however will highly recommend Cafe Mogagua!

1.00We were told to be waiting at 7.25am for 8.30 start time. We waited from 7.25 till 8.25 am no one showed up to pick us up! Called and messaged multiple times with no reply from company

2.00Don't pay for adults only, we did and had preteens on board. Crew was good. Weather didn't permit us to get in water, we were unable to cancel so we took a very expensive catamaran ride to isla where they only molest you to buy stuff
Skip this tour if snorkeling is what you expecting

3.00This tour would not worth to take if you were expecting a snorkeling experience. The sailboat experience was good, plenty of drinks with a high energy of staff.
