The minimum age to board the catamaran for our Isla Mujeres Luxury Sailing tour is 4 years old, for water activities, it's 8 years old.
Not recommended for guests with limited mobility.
For safety reasons, we do not recommend participation on any snorkel activity if you are pregnant, have respiratory problems, injuries, back/neck issues, heart conditions, or conditions that can cause loss of consciousness
For your safety, reef access is subject to age (8 to 60) and physical condition guidelines set by the Harbor Master's Office.
The pickup time depends on your hotel's location.

3.00I reviewed so many options before deciding on this excursion. I chose it because of the itinerary, all adults, and the amount of time on Isla Mujeres. The crew was phenomenal, the sandwiches much better than expected, and we had a great time. Two issues were that they didn’t have any wine or champagne and our transportation lacked AC. I’m pretty sure we were all on the verge of a heat stroke while taking the ride back.

3.00The excursion felt rushed. The snorkeling wasn't really snorkeling tje current was so strong you couldnt stop swimming to snorkel. And there were kids on this tour it was not adults only.
My first time sailing will not be my last time.

3.00With how much we paid, Too much time on isle Mureles. We could have spent more time swimming in the ocean. Then when we arrived to the island, we had to pay for drinks and our actual lunch. Lunch was served at at 915 am, not even an hour into the trip and we were served sandwiches rather than authentic food.
