We were 1 of about 4 groups waiting and we were never picked up. When we called they said they had no record of anyone on the tour that day and cancelled the trip even though there was ongoing communication. We were acknowledged later in the afternoon and a refund was issued quickly. We were on the same excursion in 2024 it went well.

The guide never showed up. There were around eight of us waiting for the tour. We had to call 15 minutes after the required meeting time to find out what was going on. Tour guide said he was not aware that there were bookings that day. Since there were eight of us and about 3 to 4 separate reservations for this tour, I find it highly unprofessional. Guide did not offer a tour later in the day and only said that the tour was available the next day. I could not attend since I was leaving that day. A waste of a day in beautiful Quebec City. Very upsetting

Ourdriver and tour guide, Celine, was very good. She kept it interesting and fun. She was a good driver.
