This is a full day private tour taking you from Inverness to the Magical Mystical Isle of Skye where you will get the opportunity to hike at The Fairy Pools and also The Fairy Glen where you will marvel at the scenery that surrounds you. You will also see enroute two of the most iconic Castles in Scotland - Eilean Donan Castle and also Urquhart Castle on the shore of Loch Ness. So many famous Highland attractions in this private tour and your guides are all local Highlanders.

Urquhart Castle

Departing Inverness we travel for 20 minutes to Urquhart Castle and we stop at this famous landmark for a photo opportunity only.

Eilean Donan Castle

Travelling Westward along Loch Ness side we head through Glenmoriston and up through the Kintail Mountains for 1 hour before we reach Eilean Donan Castle which is the most photographed Castle in Scotland. We stop here for 30 minutes for a rest room break and photographs

Absolutely breathtaking tour with the most charming & knowledgeable guide! My friend and I took our middle-school-aged daughters on a seven-day trip to Scotland from NJ and the Skye Fairy Pools & Fairy Glen day was our favorite - from early morning start to late evening finish. Billy, our guide, was prompt, courteous, and endlessly knowledgeable on everything from three-hundred-year-old lore to which restrooms were the cleanest. He found perfect, picturesque spots for photos and hiking, and was ready with an umbrella, "packet of crisps," and even an extra jacket at every turn. We had THE BEST TIME and it was because we were smart enough to book with experts. It would not have been the same safe, organized, all-inclusive experience if we'd tried to do it ourselves.
