Erol was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, full of stories and detail about each type of food he presented, and we ate a delicious, wide variety of foods. Invaluable for someone wanting to understand the variety of foods available for a longer stay, and entertaining for anyone dropping in for a tour. Highly recommend!

The guide did an excellent job of explaining the food of Turkey and how it's prepared. The places he took us were excellent. He's very knowledgeable. The only preparation is come hungry.

My friend and I had the privilege of a private tour with Erol. The variety and quality of the food was excellent - and we learned a bit more about Türkiye to boot. Would definitely recommend Erol and his tour.

Erol was a great food guide. He helped us in getting an authentic turkey food experience. He also gave us funny anecdotes around turkish food and culture. I recommend this.
