Imagine you are travelling in a city to discover graffiti works of great local artist. How bout you actually meet the local graffiti artists and paint with them? Best part is, you do this at a genuine athmosphere as the home of these artists. This makes this experience one of the most unique, authentic experience that you can find in Istanbul.

Peep and Shimo, couple graffiti artists, are inviting you to the garden of their home, to both push your creativity limits through Graffiti Art and let you experience Turkish home culture.

Come to their home, have a tea, coffee, talk about Turkish culture, learn your culture and then create together.

Local Graffiti Artists of Istanbul are inviting you to their home garden to introduce the world of Graffiti art to you and help you discover your own creative potential. At this experience, you will be visiting Graffiti Artists of Istanbul, to learn basic principles, techniques and expression of graffiti art. After getting to know each other with some coffee or tea, our artists will start by telling the history of Graffiti Art; how it started and expanded in the world. Then, they will tell about its evolution in Turkey. They will then be Introducing the materials and tools for graffiti; spray paint, spray headers (Cap), brushes, masks, gloves. They will start giving information about the structures of letters. Then, they will give you information about different graffiti techniques and styles. After each guest selects a graffiti nickname for their graffiti, they will work on drawings on paper with the artists to practice what they will do on the wall. Aaand, the best part comes.. You will perform the art on the wall of the garden with Spray Cans. In the end, you will have both great friendships and a great art work. So, come as a guest, leave as a friend!

Extremely nice experience, the kids was so so happy, the operator Ali is so nice and professional, we enjiyed our time to the maxx.. Strongly recommended.

Great experience from start to finish! Ali was very communicative and messaged me in advance the day before. The directions he provided to the meeting place were excellent, and we got there without any issues at all. He is very kind and a true artist, explaining the work of graffiti artists in an easy to understand. The work we did with my teenagers was incredible! Highly recommend! You’ll enjoy it for sure. Very different from the rest of the experiences in Istanbul.

What an incredible experience! Peep and Shimo welcomed us into their home, and we spent the day creating our own graffiti in their garden. It’s the perfect way to dive into Istanbul’s street art culture and express your creativity. A must-do for anyone visiting Istanbul!

This was one of the coolest experiences I had in İstanbul. It was much more fun than I had expected. I had never tried street graffiti before. Peep and Shimo are very nice people, they you the designs among which you choose, they help you along the way and there comes your own street graffiti art. I had great time and I really enjoyed the experience and recommend it to anyone :))

Amazing group of street artists worked With my 11 year old to develop his tag name and styling. Workshop was very informative and a lot of fun. He would have liked to spend the entire day there.

LokalBond's graffiti workshop was a blast! The whole experience was well-coordinated, and the hosts made sure we had a great time. It was a unique way to explore Istanbul and connect with the local art community. I can't wait to join more LokalBond experiences!

The experience was Awesome!! We had a great time learning and creating a unique graffiti wall that was personal to us. It was a totally unique experience for me and my teenagers to enjoy. They brought out creativity and confidence in my kids that I haven't seen before. Not only were the artist amazing but the scheduling coordinator was great also. We were notified of the need to change our reservation due to weather 24+ hours in advance and were allowed to reschedule for a time that worked for us. We felt well taken care of and we made friends in Turkey. Id 100% recommend this unique experience!!

It was truly an amazing experience! The guys were super kind and helpful. I've created my very first graffiti, tried literally the best Turkish coffee ever and spent the evening in great company. Would definitely recommend this activity♥️
