Discover the passion of Italian cuisine in a unique course at Elena's home, immersed in Mediterranean tradition. In three hours, learn how to make fresh pasta such as spaghetti alla chitarra and tagliatelle, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. With a passion for vegetables and vegetarian food, Elena will guide you in creating delicious sauces, enriched with tomatoes and basil, My Saves ingredients! End the experience with a typical dessert, such as tiramisu or semifreddo all'amaretto, reviving grandmother's recipes. At the end you will enjoy all the dishes prepared with a glass of good local wine. An unmissable opportunity for those who love good food.

Love of food and imagination are the key ingredients of this cooking class, as well as flour and eggs. We will prepare fresh homemade pasta together, cook sauces to season it, create a delicious traditional dessert and then .... taste everything with a glass of good local wine! We will prepare the classic tagliatelle and spaghetti alla chitarra that we will dress with a sauce of seasonal vegetables, pesto or cheese. For dessert you can choose whether to prepare tiramisu or semifreddo with amaretto. All equipment and materials will be provided. Allergies or food intolerances will be considered.

5.00This was by far the best cooking class experience we have ever had. Elena provided a fantastic hands on class and then we enjoyed the meal with her and her husband. Honestly, seven stars on a scale of 1 to 5!

5.00Highly recommended! We had a lovely time at Elena’s cooking class- she explained everything clearly and gave us tips about other dishes as well. We experimented with two of pasta and a tiramisu. After we finished, we had a nice lunch with her and her husband. It felt much more than a cooking class- a personal experience, in a beautiful setting. As a bonus we also got to meet their dog :)

5.00It was a last minute decision to do a cooking class whilst on a short stay in the Brescia area. From the moment we walked in the door Elena and her husband made us feel at home. She took my husband and I through the process of making spaghettini and tagliolini with ease and guided us with what we would need when we make pasta at home. Next we created tiramisu and two sauces. One pesto with the beautiful aroma of fresh lemon zest and an easy and delicious tomato, garlic and rocket sauce. The tomato for the spaghettini and the pesto for the tagliolini. Once finished we sat down to share the meal together with her husband. The conversation was lovely, sharing family stories, discussing football and Australia. Elena and her husband made us feel very welcome and sent us on our way with some tiramisu for later. 😃 I highly recommend this experience if you want an authentic hands on Italian cooking experience. Thanks to you and your husband Elena for a wonderful visit.

5.00We had a wonderful experience and gained a lot of confidence to be able to make pasta and tiramisu on our own when we get home. Elena and her husband were amazing and the best part was sharing the meal with them and trading stories and laughs. Their apartment was so comfortable and the company was the best!

Elena is not only an amazing cook but also a wonderful host who makes everyone feel welcome and at ease. The recipes were authentic, the ingredients fresh, and the whole experience felt like being part of an Italian family for a day. We learned so much, laughed a lot, and enjoyed every single bite. Highly recommended to anyone who wants an authentic and heartwarming Italian cooking experience!

5.00We took a fantastic cooking class with Elena, and to be honest: after this class we almost feel like Italian chefs (almost 😅). We made fresh pasta, a delicious pasta sauce, a fresh lime-almond pesto and of course tiramisu to finish. The food was delicious and looked professional. Elena exuded pure passion and enthusiasm for the food, which only made us even more excited. She was patient, explained everything clearly in English. Her husband was the perfect host: he took pictures of our cooking adventure, poured the wine and coffee and made the table look cozy, so real teamwork! The cozy apartment, their fine company and the tips for our holiday completed the experience. We absolutely recommend this cooking class and would come back in no time. In short: a visit full of good food, laughter and learning! 🍝🍷🍰

5.00We had the most wonderful experience, joining Elena for two cooking classes. All preparations had been done including a recipe booklet to take home. According to traditional Italian recipes we made the most tasty bites and had so much fun while making them. She can do magic with the most simple, delicious (organic!) ingredients and takes her time to answer any questions you may have. Her husband joining for lunch being most interested and offering some valuable tips for sightseeing made this experience so much more than ‘just’ a cooking class, it felt like becoming friends with the locals. Thank you so much, Elena and Curzio. We would highly recommend Elena’s cooking class when around Iseo!
