In three hours, learn how to make fresh pasta such as spaghetti alla chitarra and tagliatelle, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. With a passion for vegetables and vegetarian food, Elena will guide you in creating delicious sauces, enriched with tomatoes and basil, My Saves ingredients! End the experience with a typical dessert, such as tiramisu or semifreddo all'amaretto, reviving grandmother's recipes. Love of food and imagination are the key ingredients of this cooking class, as well as flour and eggs. We will prepare fresh homemade pasta together, cook sauces to season it, create a delicious traditional dessert and then .... taste everything with a glass of good local wine! We will prepare the classic tagliatelle and spaghetti alla chitarra that we will dress with a sauce of seasonal vegetables, pesto or cheese. For dessert you can choose whether to prepare tiramisu or semifreddo with amaretto. All equipment and materials will be provided. Allergies or food intolerances will be considered.

5.00My husband and I booked a pasta making class during our stay at Sulzano. We got directions to the house which was very easy to find. On arrival we got a warm welcome from their little dog. We had an amazing time learning how to make fresh pasta and pesto and a delicious tiramisu. Elena was the best teacher and gave us lots of encouragement. We ate what we made with Elena and her husband over a couple of glasses on wine and really enjoyed their conversation and hospitality. This day proved to be the highlight of our holiday and we can’t wait to try the delicious recipes that Elena sent us after our visit. Definitely recommend you book if you are in the area you won’t regret it.

5.00A very nice Italian cooking course, really recommended! You will learn to make pasta, tiramisu and pesto according to authentic Italian recipe. No or little experience is no problem, there is plenty of patience. Finally, the conversations with the couple over dinner are very pleasant!

5.00A fantastic experience with a combination of cooking knowledge and Italian hospitality. Elena welcomed us to her home and made us feel like part of her family preparing dinner and dessert for a family gathering. It was fun, a great learning experience but also a feeling of being part of the family together with Elena and her very nice husband (who also gave us great tips on where to go on our continued trip in Italy. 5.00Elena, her husband and their dog Leo, were absolutely wonderful. I had no idea pasta could be so good! Simply delicious! We came home and ordered the pasta maker and guitar, found the 00 flour and other fresh ingredients and had a pasta making Mother's day with our kids! We need a little more practice, but Elena was a patient and kind teacher. Love to them all!

5.00This pasta cooking class well exceeded our expectations. Elena was so kind and taught us how to make authentic pasta, a cherry tomato and arugula topping and delicious pesto. To top it off we made delicious tiramisu. It was really bonus to be in her home and actually sit down and have the meal with Elena and her husband. Highly recommend!

5.00Highly recommended! We had a lovely time at Elena’s cooking class- she explained everything clearly and gave us tips about other dishes as well. We experimented with two of pasta and a tiramisu. After we finished, we had a nice lunch with her and her husband. It felt much more than a cooking class- a personal experience, in a beautiful setting. As a bonus we also got to meet their dog :)
