Discover the passion of Italian cuisine in a unique course at Elena's home, immersed in Mediterranean tradition. In three hours, learn how to make fresh pasta such as spaghetti alla chitarra and tagliatelle, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. With a passion for vegetables and vegetarian food, Elena will guide you in creating delicious sauces, enriched DA tomato and basil, My Saves ingredients! End the experience with a typical dessert, such as tiramisu or semifreddo all'amaretto, reviving grandmother's recipes. At the end you will enjoy all the dishes prepared with a glass of good local wine. An unmissable opportunity for those who love good food.

Love of food and imagination are the key ingredients of this cooking class, as well as flour and eggs. We will prepare fresh homemade pasta together, cook sauces to season it, create a delicious traditional dessert and then .... taste everything with a glass of good local wine! We will prepare the classic tagliatelle and spaghetti alla chitarra that we will dress with a sauce of seasonal vegetables, pesto or cheese. For dessert you can choose whether to prepare tiramisu or semifreddo with amaretto. All equipment and materials will be provided. Allergies or food intolerances will be considered.

We had a wonderful experience and gained a lot of confidence to be able to make pasta and tiramisu on our own when we get home. Elena and her husband were amazing and the best part was sharing the meal with them and trading stories and laughs. Their apartment was so comfortable and the company was the best!

We absolutely loved Elena’s cooking class! From the very first moment, the atmosphere was warm, friendly, and truly family-like. Elena is not only an amazing cook but also a wonderful host who makes everyone feel welcome and at ease. The recipes were authentic, the ingredients fresh, and the whole experience felt like being part of an Italian family for a day. We learned so much, laughed a lot, and enjoyed every single bite. Highly recommended to anyone who wants an authentic and heartwarming Italian cooking experience!

We took a fantastic cooking class with Elena, and to be honest: after this class we almost feel like Italian chefs (almost 😅). We made fresh pasta, a delicious pasta sauce, a fresh lime-almond pesto and of course tiramisu to finish. The food was delicious and looked professional. Elena exuded pure passion and enthusiasm for the food, which only made us even more excited. She was patient, explained everything clearly in English. Her husband was the perfect host: he took pictures of our cooking adventure, poured the wine and coffee and made the table look cozy, so real teamwork! The cozy apartment, their fine company and the tips for our holiday completed the experience. We absolutely recommend this cooking class and would come back in no time. In short: a visit full of good food, laughter and learning! 🍝🍷🍰

We had the most wonderful experience, joining Elena for two cooking classes. All preparations had been done including a recipe booklet to take home. According to traditional Italian recipes we made the most tasty bites and had so much fun while making them. She can do magic with the most simple, delicious (organic!) ingredients and takes her time to answer any questions you may have. Her husband joining for lunch being most interested and offering some valuable tips for sightseeing made this experience so much more than ‘just’ a cooking class, it felt like becoming friends with the locals. Thank you so much, Elena and Curzio. We would highly recommend Elena’s cooking class when around Iseo!

We loved Elena’s pasta cooking course! The dishes we prepared were delicious and Elena’s expertise and passion made the experience both educational and fun to follow. Elena and her husband welcomed us to their beautiful home so warmly that we felt like visiting friends. Everything ran smoothly and we never felt rushed. I can highly recommend this course to anyone looking for an authentic cooking experience in Iseo!

My sister and I took part in this class and we had the best time ever. When we arrived we were greeted by Elena’s dog, Elena herself and her husband. She showed us to her wonderful kitchen. There we met the other two people who took this class with us. They were also very kind. Elena had already prepared everything to its smallest detail. Everything was very clean and we felt immediately at ease. She explained before hand which dishes we would make and also told us we’d get the recipes afterwards so we didn’t have to worry at all about writing down anything. She also explained everything with a lot of detail, regarding consistency of the dough and more helpful knowledge about the food. She was happy to answer all our questions and always helped immediately. Her husband was a helping hand with taking pictures which was also amazing, we loved them! The food was soooooo delicious and the conversation at the table flowed easily. We loved this class and would recommend it to anyone! Elena is a very authentic person and her husband as well. We loved the music played in the background while eating and all the recommendations they gave us for wine and food. Elena’s cozy kitchen is indeed very cozy and their living/dining room has so much detail and love in it. Afterwards we said: “ It was like in a movie”. Thank you to Elena for being so professional but also kind and open. This was our favorite experience of our entire vacation here in Italy.

The pasta cooking class with Elena was an absolute highlight! 🍝 She explains with so much passion and patience that you immediately feel comfortable. The recipes were authentic, super delicious and easy to recook. A perfect blend of learning, enjoyment and Italian lifestyle – highly recommended!

Elena's pasta cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. She is an excellent teacher who has a passion for sharing her knowledge of Italian cooking. It was a great experience to be in her home and learn her techniques from all her experiences. We learned things you won't find in a cookbook or video and had a fun time. After making the dishes, we sat down with her for lunch. The pastas and tiramisu we made were amazing. The pesto sauce was the best we ever had. She was very organized and answered all our questions. We appreciated the small class size which was just the two of us and another woman. Her husband took and shared photos so we didn't need to during the class. We arrived by car and you can't drive or park on her street. But we found a public validated parking lot several blocks away.
