5.00Just spent the most amazing day in Ithaca, thanks to Dimitris. His knowledge of the history of Ithaca and Homer’s Odyssey is extensive and he’s very interesting to listen to. He suggested an itinerary based on our interests and was more than happy to stop wherever and whenever we wanted, nothing was too much trouble. I never felt rushed at any of our stops and wasn’t made to feel like I was just a customer. His vehicle is very comfortable and his driving is excellent – I felt very safe on the steep, narrow roads and hair-pin bends! He was very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp, quick to reply and always punctual – even tracking the location of the return ferry so we could arrive at the port at exactly the right time, maximising our experience of the island. I’m so glad we chose Dimitris (kefaloniatours.gr) for our tour, he went out of his way to make our day special and we are very grateful. Thank you Dimitris! – L&F.

5.00A door to door service provided by Dimitris in a comfortable 7 seater car. Early start to get the ferry to Ithaca from Sami then a tailored tour based on your interests on this small, mountainous and very beautiful island. Dimitris was a knowledgeable and caring guide throughout. Totally recommend.

5.00Excellent tour with an informative guide. He put together a good itinerary and checked in for guidance on suggestions. We did two tours with this company and your experience really depends on the driver. The Ithaca tour was excellent compared to the Kefalonia tour where the driver expected us to come up with the itinerary ourselves, for which we were not prepared.

5.00This is a must for anyone traveling to Kefalonia. Our tour guide Dimitris was friendly, knowledgeable and very flexible with all our requests. We visited all the places we wanted to and even explored some new ones. Loved every minute!

5.00We had a truly fantastic with Dimitris who went out of his way to make sure we got to see the things that suited our interests. We visited the monstery, a secluded beach for swimming, two amazing museums, a lovely town where we bought souvenirs, and best of all - the ancient ruins that match the description of Odysseus's palace. Dimitris was so cheerful, knowledgeable and was snapping great photos the whole day. Really a tour to remember!

5.00Glad we booked this tour to Ithaca. The ferry was early in the day, but there are limited trips, so it was good to have a guide to walk us through. Dimitri was great, picked us up on time and drove us around Ithaca. We had just come from 2 weeks in Italy, so we didn't need much museum style sights, but it was good to explore. It was particularly windy that day, but supposedly much better in the main high tourist summer season. The wind impeded our ability to swim much, but our guide helped us find a good spot based on the direction of the winds. Dimitri was communicative and even helped us to coordinate a ride to the airport on our last day. Very trustworthy. We had booked another Kefalonia tour with him for the day after. They're tough places to visit around if you don't rent a car.

5.00What a magical day we had today! Dimitris is a terrific and thoughtful guide who made every part of our day thoroughly enjoyable! He thought of every detail. My daughters love the story of Odysseus and Dimitris made sure we experienced all Ithaca has to offer. Walking through the castle of Odysseus was a highlight. You can certainly see the island on your own but Dimitris made the history, legends and the island come to life. Highly recommended!!!

5.00So glad we did this, Jerry picked us up right on time, we spent the while day exploring and discovering places. He listened to us and recommended places to visit. He made us so relaxed and I felt so safe with his driving ( I don't like driving) Everyone came happy, we learnt so much about the history of the island. Highly recommend this company Thank you again
