  We had an amazing 3-day experience in Hangzhou, all thanks to our wonderful tour guide. He was incredibly informative, sharing rich history, local insights, and interesting stories that really brought each place to life. His knowledge made the entire trip much more meaningful and engaging. What stood out the most was how well he took care of us throughout the journey. He was attentive, patient, and always made sure we were comfortable, whether it was adjusting the pace, or helping us navigate smoothly through each day’s itinerary. Thanks to him, our time in Hangzhou was not only enjoyable but also memorable and stress-free. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful, knowledgeable, and reliable guide!

  We’ve had the pleasure of knowing Jack for over a year now, and in all that time he has consistently gone above and beyond in every possible way. His attention to detail is truly exceptional — nothing is ever overlooked, and every arrangement is handled with care and precision. Jack is incredibly solution-oriented and approaches every situation with calm confidence and maximum commitment. No matter the challenge, he always finds a way to make things work smoothly. What makes him especially remarkable is how safe and well taken care of he makes you feel at all times. He is friendly, endlessly patient, and genuinely kind. Jack never rushes and never cuts corners — he won’t rest until you are completely happy. His dedication and work ethic are outstanding, and it is clear that he takes great pride in what he does.   I spent a day with Jack to see specific sights in Hangzhou - he did not disappoint. Jack is earnest, tries hard to ensure you have the information you need and goes out of his way to make sure you have what you want! His Mercedes Benz vehicle is v comfortable.   Though we didn't engage his service in the end. But Jack had been very patient in answering all our queries. He even recommended a few good restaurants for us to try. He is passionate and professional.

  My husband and I spent three days (April 28–30, 2025) exploring Hangzhou with Jack as our driver and guide, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, the planning process was incredibly smooth; Jack was highly responsive and made the coordination effortless. ​Jack is a true professional who speaks excellent English. Beyond his impressive knowledge of the city’s history and culture, he is lively and humorous, which made our time in the car and at the sites fly by. He is genuinely helpful, thoughtful and made us feel like we were "always in good hands." His car was luxurious and well-maintained at all times. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our trip thanks to him. If you’re visiting Hangzhou, Jack is the guide you want! 10/10 👍

  My mom and I had a wonderful 2-day tour with Jack! He was so helpful from the very beginning, and picked us up at the train station! He is a very funny, informative and kind tour guide. Jack is an expert on all things Hangzhou, and he knew exactly where to go and we avoided many of the queues because he was able to get us right up front! He is very professional, and made sure we had a comfortable journey. He helped us take so many great pictures as well. I would highly recommend booking a tour with Jack, and I know I will next time I visit Hangzhou!

  Jack was incredibly helpful throughout the tour. Jack explained the history with humor that made everything easy to remember and offered useful tips on what to avoid buying on the street. Jack also took great care of my mother, helping her off the tourist boat and he kept reminding us that there was no need to rush and encouraged us to simply slow down and enjoy the experience. Professional, attentive, and fun — Jack made the whole experience memorable.

  We took The one Day tour with Jack and was a really nice experience. He was very nice and kind. Very attentive to my family, especially the children. He greeted us in his car with fruit and lots of stories. It was an incredible day. It's interesting to see how he tells the story of each place, making you feel part of the story. Thank you, Jack!

  We had two full days with Jack. Jack went above and beyond for us and helped sort a whole lot of administrative paperwork that was required for some of our tour. He went out of his way and emailed and spoke with the place we wanted to visit and he made it all work, even though they normally take 10 days to approve a visit Jack got it happening in less than 2 days. Jack also took us to wonderful places, major tourist attractions like the West Lake and gorgeous Tea Plantations as well as local cafes and lesser known tourist spots like the Grand Canal. He always gave us choice, he was gracious and informative and we would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to visit Hangzhou .

  Jack is an amazing guide and friend. He is also very easy going and accommodating. I have 2 young children and 2 elderly in my group whom Jack has helped taken care of very well. Jack would actively help us take pictures, making sure the safety and comfort of my parents and children, which is most important! He also impressively secured reservations at restaurants that we asked for. Help us navigate all the way to the train station although he has no obligation to do so. Jack is very sincere and definitely reliable either if you are interested in history or not (like my children but somehow he managed to get their attention every single time)
