  We took The one Day tour with Jack and was a really nice experience. He was very nice and kind. Very attentive to my family, especially the children. He greeted us in his car with fruit and lots of stories. It was an incredible day. It's interesting to see how he tells the story of each place, making you feel part of the story. Thank you, Jack!

  We had two full days with Jack. Jack went above and beyond for us and helped sort a whole lot of administrative paperwork that was required for some of our tour. He went out of his way and emailed and spoke with the place we wanted to visit and he made it all work, even though they normally take 10 days to approve a visit Jack got it happening in less than 2 days. Jack also took us to wonderful places, major tourist attractions like the West Lake and gorgeous Tea Plantations as well as local cafes and lesser known tourist spots like the Grand Canal. He always gave us choice, he was gracious and informative and we would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to visit Hangzhou .

  Jack is an amazing guide and friend. He is also very easy going and accommodating. I have 2 young children and 2 elderly in my group whom Jack has helped taken care of very well. Jack would actively help us take pictures, making sure the safety and comfort of my parents and children, which is most important! He also impressively secured reservations at restaurants that we asked for. Help us navigate all the way to the train station although he has no obligation to do so. Jack is very sincere and definitely reliable either if you are interested in history or not (like my children but somehow he managed to get their attention every single time)

  I found Jack from tripadvisor and have been in touch with him 6 months before our arrival in Hangzhou. Even so, Jack has been nothing short of helpful and resourceful even then. He sent us videos he made about the attractions in Hangzhou and provided us with many options where to go and how many days to spend in Hangzhou. Jack even helped us arranged all our transportation in Shanghai, booked restaurants, over and beyond his job description. I will definitely look for Jack again and refer friends if we come back to Shanghai and Hangzhou. We look forward to see you again Jack! Thank you for your incredible hospitality

  Jack is very meticulous and professional in his planning of our itinerary. He listens to our needs and is flexible to suggest and adjust the daily schedule.   We had a great and wonderful day trip in Hangzhou thank you to Celine, our tour guide! We coordinated with Jack for the arrangements from the start and he was efficient and helpful. As he was unavailable at the day of our trip, he had recommended another guide, Celine. Our family of 10 had a good day trip, thanks to Celine and the bus driver! Xoxo

  We did a shorter day trip and was totally worth it. Pick up from train station went smooth. Can ultra clean, comfy and filled with amenities. Jack shared a lot of details, has an exceptional knowledge and knows the best parking spots so you dont have to walk far. West lake was beautiful, boat ride is totally worth it. Ancient town shopping street was really cool. He also took us to a great restaurant. We finished with the tea fields which truly impressive. We had plenty of time to see everything without rushing. We took the train from Shanghai and this day trip was totally worth it. With Jack ur in good hands.   We were a group of six, four were seniors. Before travelling to Hangzhou & Shanghai, we were quite concerned. However with Jack’s assistance, the holiday was excellently conducted with great comfort. Jack was super knowledgeable and able to narrate all the visited tourist attractions. Moreover Jack was very sincere and flexible on our tour arrangements. Personally he is very friendly and easy going that made our tour very enjoyable.
