  Excellent service with direct contact with the tour organization via WeChat. They keep us with the timing throughout the day. Despite the long queue for the Glacier Cableway we enjoyed the view on top of the Jade Snow Mountain.

  We booked tickets for sightseeing trains and cable cars in Yulong Snow Mountain. Although it wasn't a guided tour, the staff constantly check in with me if everything went smoothly as well as sharing necessary information before the day.

  Breathtaking panorama of galacia at 14000 feet feeling thin air has been a lifetime experience and really breathtaking. Most needed O2 canaster to relieve breathlessness at mid way and at top. But wooden stairs and rails make climbing very safe and easy and cable lift leave only 600 feet to walk.   I booked a trip with self-guide for Yulong snow mountain, which has one of the cable way ticket that could be sold out within a couple minute. I then decided to booked this service via an agency application. So lucky to get “Aether tour” because the team respons so fast. At the same time they give the important information to us, the map, how to providing and things clearly. They reminded us the time should we prepare and get to the place, even though during the trip, if we have any question they response as soon as they could. After the trip the staff gave information and choices how we could get back to the hotel. The end of the trip they followed up if we reach safely to the hotel. I would say that this is surprisingly the way I got more than I expected, because I booked service which was only a ticket and self guide. They showed us during the trip that they are always there and willing to help you, so you feel trust and reliable on their team. Thank you so much again to make our trip smooth and easy here in China even though I speak none of chinese word !

  Very easy peasy tour, the staff was very helpful in Wechat, stayed connected all the time to support. All the needed info was shared beforehand making the self-guided tour smooth and easy.   I booked the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Glacier Cableway with Scenic Train Tour through trip.com and overall had a positive experience. Communication: The agents were responsive and added us to a WeChat group, which made coordination convenient throughout the process. Booking Adjustment: We initially purchased tickets for Option 8, but were informed that standalone glacier park tickets require 7 days advance booking. Since we booked late, the agent offered a combo package alternative that included either Impression Lijiang show or a buffet at an additional cost. While it did feel somewhat like upselling, we acknowledge we were partly responsible for the late booking. They did provide official receipts, tickets, and helpful guidance on where to go. Transportation & Guidance: We had private car service from our accommodation near Baisha Village to the mountain, which was very convenient. Customer Care: The agents checked in with us regularly and were responsive to our needs throughout the day, which we appreciated. Important Tip: No portable oxygen was provided. I strongly recommend buying oxygen canisters the day before in the old town, as shops near the mountain are closed early in the morning—essential for the high altitude! Overall, good service and communication. Just plan ahead and book at least 7 days in advance to have more ticket options available.
