  Very competent and friendly tour guide had. We were in Jakarta during Ramadan so public buildings were closed. That didn't matter at all as the tour guide always had an alternative for it. Clear recommendation.

  It was a great trip! Gindo, our guide, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. He speaks excellent English and made everything easy and enjoyable for us. Mr. Wise, our driver, was also very professional and familiar with the area. He drove safely and smoothly, which made us feel comfortable throughout the journey.   Took the day tour of Jakarta with Gindo, our tour guide and our driver, Rahmat (Mr. Blessings). Visited the museum, harbour and many other historical sites. Gindo speaks good English, very friendly & helpful and very informative throughout the tour, which we appreciate a lot. And Mr. Rahmat is a very skilled driver who drove us to the many sites during the tour and was on time throughout too! Highly recommend this tour if you have few days to spend in Jakarta.

  We had booked the tour 'Highlights of Jakarta with multilingual guide' as a group of two people. The tourgide contacted us on the afternoon of the previous day via WhatsApp. That alone was a big plus. We were thus able to adjust the time for the pickup again. There was a difference between what we were told by the agency and the pickup time the driver was told. But we have reached a direct agreement. We wanted to deviate from the original program and instead of the port we wanted to visit the cathedral. That was no problem at all. On the day of the tour, both the rider and the tourgide were very punctual. We had booked the tour for a Monday. What we didn't know: on Monday all museums and monuments are closed. Unfortunately, I did not find any information about this in the program on the website. It would be nice if that could be changed. Since we had had a good breakfast, it was not important for us to come to lunch at any particular time. So we took our tourgide on a completely individualized day tour. The tour guide Edo... A very friendly, devoted and empathetic 'local guy' with really good humor. His German was excellent and he always spoke in free speech, none of it as if read from a book. This allowed questions about the sights and the topics at any time and resulted in very stimulating conversations. Through his own time in Germany, he has also been able to make us very impressive and clear about the cultural differences. The driver... was very friendly and reliable. In road traffic, a very level-headed driver. We never felt like we were being put in dangerous situations. The vehicle was clean, with air conditioning and there were 2 small bottles of water provided for us each. Conclusion: TOP! PERFECT! our expectations were significantly exceeded.

  We had a good experience learning and exploring about Jakarta for the first time. Our Tour guide Rido is absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and loves what he is doing. Has the positive vibe all throughout the tour.

  He was a very kind and good guide in Japanese. As it was a private tour, we were taken to places that interest us, not restricted by the tour itself! If you haven't been to Jakarta yet, this tour is definitely for you.
