5.00I came to this experience expecting a cold plunge — but what I found was a true ritual of transformation. Marta guided us with a calm, grounded presence, blending deep breathing, rhythm, and connection to nature in a way that felt almost ancient. The frozen stream beneath the Matterhorn became a mirror — for stillness, strength, and surrender. Every detail was intentional: the herbs, the smoke, the silence between words. I felt safe, seen, and completely alive. By the end, my body was trembling but my mind crystal clear — like the ice itself.
