Expected standard of the vehicle and a very friendly driver who made our trip easy and relaxing. Meet and greet did not include name signs but in the end it worked

Arrived at Jeddah Airport with my family including two young grandchildren. Gave a call at the number provided by viator to get the ride location. Spoke to Amjad who told us to call a Pakistani number. Complied and spoke to Ikram at that number, who said "sorry we missed your booking due to system errror." Asked us to wait 10 mins for driver to arrive. Noted driver would contact us. Ten mins later, no call or driver. Upon calling again, was then advised, "we are arranging for car in emergency d/t system error. You have to wait a little but." Again, car never arrived. Eventually had to arrange taxi from airport by myself for our family. Very disappointed. Felt it necessary to write a review and let you know this is not a dependable ride.

I engaged Way to Saudi for my parents' Umrah trip to Saudi Arabia. They went on their own and transport being arranged privately, we were naturally nervous. Way to Saudi dispelled all our worries and arranged everything so perfectly right from the start! I have to commend their team for all the constant communication & smooth drivers/vehicles provided. I would not hesitate to use them again for any future trips. Jazakallahu khair! :-)
