  An absolutely unforgettable day. Francisco was our driver who picked us up promptly and was so very friendly and knowledgeable....and an excellent driver! Excellent communication from this company. Thank you for making this day so special!

  Really good whole day 4x4 adventure. Francesco our driver was very experienced, especially with the off road part, and knowledgeable about the trip and island. Great lunch, poncha and rum factory stops. Plenty of clean fresh air above the clouds Thank you for a great day!

  We were let down by the group doing the safari as a driver had been rushed to hospital. But they managed to book us on the same trip but with PF Private Tours. They were great and Samuel the driver was fantastic. He was very friendly and told us a lot about the tour as well as island life as a local.   We would very much recommend this tour and the west tour. We did both of them and were do impressed with our tour guides and highly skilled drivers ( Cristiano and John). They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were justifiably proud to show us their beautiful island. The scenery was magnificent and we were in awe of their driving skills taking us off road and on roads that bigger tour vehicles could not have attempted.

  We booked a full day jeep tour of the East Side of Madeira and we weren't disappointed. Our driver,Francisco, was amazing. He was personable, knowledgeable and very likeable. Doing a tour by jeep means you get to see some places you couldn't see by coach and overall it was a more intimate experience. We didn't feel rushed at any of the numerous stops, Francisco was obviously very proud of his home island and seemed to enjoy showing us the sights and sharing Madeiran history and folk stories. The views from the top of the mountain Pico de Arieiro were quite literally breathtaking - the air was noticeable thin at 1810 metres above sea level and high above the clouds. Among the stops was a Poncha bar where you could experience the local drink, a rum factory with local rum and biscuit tasting and the village of Santana where you could see the traditional houses and enough time to have some lunch. As an added bonus, and not on the itinerary, we stopped at the Cristo Rei statue (a smaller version of Christ the Redeemer).   Vandaag een geweldige jeepsafari gedaan aan de noord- en oostkant van Madeira! Onze gids Cristiano was echt top — een super vriendelijke kerel met enorm veel kennis over het eiland. We hebben prachtige uitzichten gezien, veel geleerd en vooral genoten van de rit. Zeker een aanrader als je op Madeira bent! Today we had an amazing jeep safari exploring the north and east sides of Madeira! Our guide Cristiano was fantastic — a really friendly guy with loads of knowledge about the island. We saw stunning views, learned a lot, and had such a fun ride. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Madeira!

  We had a fantastic time on the tour of the East of Maderia. Cristiano was an excellent, informative guide who was rightly proud of his island. His off road driving skills were amazing. Highly recommended.
