Jeju Island Nature and Heritage Tour
Enjoy all natural attractions including two unesco sites manjang cave and Sungsan sunrise peak if you choose east side course. South side course includes waterfalls and cliffs and osulloc green tea field. Westside course will cover aewol cafe street a d kwagji beach and geo park, sanbang and yongmeri coast. Clients need to pay entrance fees. John could offer 20% discounts for any private attractions such as museums ,botanical gardens, aquarium,Submarine and boats tours other than government operation entrance tickets. To see whole jeju island you will need 3 days. But itenary could be flexible base on your needs and wants. You may discuss with john face to face to discuss your itinerary on tour day. 5.00John was an excellent guide - informative and knew all the best spots! A perfect way to spend a day in Jeju! We hit the key spots in the South, had a fantastic lunch and managed to avoid most of the terrible weather (even if it was a little windy)!

5.00John is a very experienced and knowledgeable guide. To me, he is not just a taxi tour driver. He is an amazing teacher who shared the history of Jeju with us. He recommended and brought us to a superb restaurant and we had one of the best abalone hotpot rice and grilled cutlass fish. We really enjoyed the delicious local food and I have to say, John knows best 👍👍 He is also a fantastic photographer who helped to take beautiful photos for us and we took so many pictures. Even with the itinerary we pre-planned, he will adjust the pace and even added a few more attractions when time permits. We had an amazing time with John, and also took back alot of beautiful memories. I will definitely engage John's service again when I come back to Jeju Island 😁😁

5.00I would highly recommend Harrison as your local Jeju guide. He converses fluently in English. He made an effort to research and recommended places for dining, sightseeing and buying local produces. We had a awesome abalone lunch, thanks to him. He brought us to the local market and help us in our purchases. The ride with him was enjoyable and we were able to appreciate Jeju / Korean living environment better with his sharing during the trips. We will definitely engage him again when we next travel to Jeju.

5.00I booked two separate full day tours with John. John was very knowledgeable about all of the locations, and history of the island. He was very flexible with the itinerary taking into consideration my personal interests, the weather, and the busiest times of each location. He was thoughtful in his pacing; I never felt rushed and that allowed me to enjoy each site at my own pace. It felt like I being shown around by a local friend than following a set schedule. He’s a wonderful photographer who made sure I got beautiful shots even though I was traveling alone. Finally, his English was great and we had no issues communicating.

5.00Harrison, my private tour guide was absolutely amazing. Very professional ( a certified driver/guide) and spoke English flawlessly which made the communication totally stress free. He went over and beyond during every aspect of the tour, and to help me have an incredibly productive full day, starting with agreeing to start the tour at 10 AM instead of 8 or 9 AM. He was so dedicated to attend to every requests and needs of mine. He was instrumental in creating some miracles in helping me to find information about my deceased relatives in Jeju. He has an amazing methodical , and intelligent mind and was able to find some informations from newspaper, county offices etc to locate where my parens lived, connected me to my deceased cousin's cousin and my aunt's grave site, etc. He helped me to find my father's statue in front of a sports center in Jeju city- a totally incredulous feat , I got so much out of the private tour other than seeing beautiful Jeju, where my ancestors came from ( I am Korean, born in Japan, and now live in America) . I had so little information to go by to find my relatives, especially since I don't speak Korean. I felt so blessed to be assigned randomly to Harrison's care.. He found great restaurants, that had good food with reasonable prices. He was meticulous with the right recommendations for everything. Nothing rote or automatic. Very mindful, courteous, grounded , and just perfect. He also knew complex historical information about Korea and Jeju, which he explained to me in near perfect English. A+++. Worth every penny, though more expensive than the group tour. His car was spacious, super clean and comfortable. The owner John was very efficient and accessible. Immediate responses.

5.00Taxi tour with John was great!!! He was very flexible as we were an hour late off the boat. He made sure to hit all the memorable spots we could in our limited time. He filled us in on the island’s history and culture. Was so relieved not to struggle to understand his English, because he speaks perfectly. Would recommend!

4.00Our guide's speaking English was limited but he understood us and took us to the sites we wanted to see including the white sand beach, the black sand beach, the UNESCO heritage site and the Dongmun market. At the UNESCO Sungsan Sunrise Peak, our guide arranged for a woman who was fluent in English to talk to us about the site and the women divers. She explained that the weather that day was not conducive for the divers and that the museum was closed the day we were there. In addition to driving us around the island, our guide was a very good photographer. He took our camera and phones from us and took multiple photos of us at the various locations we visited.

4.00Overall a great experience, would have given 5 stars had we been informed that our guide did not speak very much English prior to the start of the tour (description listed an English speaking tour guide). Despite this our guide Mr. Son was a great driver and knew all the best spots on the island and did his best to make our experience top notch.
