Saryeoni Forest Path
Saryeoni Forest Path is a forest walking trail that starts from Bijarim-ro and goes through Mulchat Oreum Volcanic Cone and Saryeoni Oreum Volcanic Cone. Its starting point is located at National Road No. 1112, which is thick with cedars. A variety of species of trees grow in the forest, such as Konara Oak, Red-Leaved Hornbeam, Snowbell, Hinoki Cypress, and cedar. The average altitude is 550m.
Seongeup Folk Village
Seongeup Folk Village is a small town that holds a vast amount of culture over a wide period of time from 1410 to 1914. Cultural properties in the folk village have been handed down from generation to generation and include treasures such as residential houses, Confucian shrines and schools, ancient government offices, stone statues, large millstones (pulled by horses or ox), fortress ruins, and stone monuments. Among the cultural gems of the folk village are intangible cultural assets such as folk plays, native foods, local folk craftsmanship, and local dialect. Even the trees are an important part of the area’s heritage. Several zelkova and nettle trees that are hundreds of years old stand at the center of the village, preserving the dignified atmosphere of a bygone era. The Seongeup Folk Village shows the unique culture of Jeju Island. The local tongsi (traditional Jeju restroom) are especially well-known characteristics of Jeju folk culture.

5.00Wow, this tour is something we will cherish for the rest of our life. Our tour guide was Mickey. He was so much fun! And he has a great Kpop singing voice! He was knowledgable, helpful, and a great photographer for our photos. We learned so much about Jeju Island's history. He prepared so well for our tour and showed us helpful videos about each landmark we were seeing. It made us appreciate everything we saw and the importance of these places. Our favorite was seeing the female divers. Mickey was an encyclopedia of amazing and we couldn't be more grateful. Everything we saw was so picture-esque and beautiful. Thank you Mickey!

5.00we had an amazing time in Jeju, our tourguide ms. 金庭钰小姐 has taken care of us extensively throughout the 6 days, she has recommended many amazing places for us to enjoy. what made us enjoy more is that they sincerely arranged everything to make sure we feel welcomed, not out of any commercial agenda. I would recommend the same agency and tourguide to any family visting jeju! All in all, beautiful place, delicious food, nice local culture. what made it even better was the care from Joy Tour!
